Description of Work: We had two occurrences of water damage from our ice maker. We called Disaster Tech and they came the next day; they were on time and came back immediately when we had the second occurrence from the shoddy work that Kernen's repair did with the tubing that had split. Disaster Tech dried out the floors with fans and also went under the house and checked the sub flooring. They also put fans under the house after the second occurrence. Disaster Tech came immediately when the second occurrence happened and was able to save us from having the floor completely ripped out. They arranged for the refinishing of the floor and took care of removing all the appliances and will put everything back when the refinishers have completed the job. Disaster Tech got the paperwork in to our insurance agent immediately and we were able to begin the refinishing project with a check in hand for the job. In addition, Disaster Tech replaced an old cord on our dryer without charge. While they were there, they also replaced a handle on a storm door that was stuck.
