Description of Work: I needed a hot water heater check up sine the unit is now 15 year old. Had a valve repair last year during home inspection and advised "to keep an eye on it". David is very professional and seems to be very honest. Explained that things were in working order and What to assess for should a problem arise. Explained differences in tank and tankless hot water heaters and approximate cost. He came on time, but that was after I called him to see if he was coming.From our conversation I think he had forgotten me.

+ -1 moreThere were problems fixing some of these things due to the age of my home (50 years old), however David and his help kept a great attitude and fixed it all! They were pleasant and creative enough to know exactly what to do when they ran into these issues. I've had many plumbers over the years, and I have never had one who knew SO much about every type of plumbing problem, and one who was so reasonable and honest on top of that. I've used David many times over the years, and so have others that I know. Everyone that knows David says the same thing.
Description of Work: He installed a cast iron kitchen sink, 3 faucets, a garbage disposal, and fixed 2 leaks in other bathrooms, and also dealt with several problems due to the age of my home where he had to spend extra time. In addition, the new cast iron sink, there but still in the box, ended up being defective when we opened it, so he waited so I could take the time to drive across town to purchase another one.
