+ 0 moreHe arrived on time and went right to work timing the inside work with the outside. I asked him many questions while he was working and he was happy to answer them. In addition I asked him about marks on my tub which he worked on. He was polite and competent never making me uncomfortable. I'd recommend him for any plumbing project.
Description of Work: He changed whole house filters located under the house and reverse osmosis filters. Previous times he has replaced a sealing ring (not sure what it's called) on a toilet and done various other toilet repair.

+ 0 moreHe repaired it without any major complications. He also evaluated the burst pipe and suggested how it could have been prevented. All the time, taking me through the steps of what he was doing and how it would be done. It took two days because he required a specialist for pinpointing the exact location of the leak. He did this so that I would not have a lawn full of holes and to cut down on the overall hourly repair costs. This was all arranged by him and because Mark had made a prior arrangement with the specialists whom located the leak, they gave me a $50.00 discount for the service.
Description of Work: Mark detected a water leak and repaired it, but it's more than that. The leak was four feet underground and he discovered to be between the home's well and the home itself. But before I go on, it’s a leak that had been going on for quite a while, probably since the home was constructed three years ago. Numerous plumbers had down played the issue and it never got fixed...that is until Mark got involved. He asked questions, paused to reflect but never tried to hint that I really did not have a problem. He came out to the home and determined the location of the leak, the volume of the leak and repaired it.
