The gentleman who arrived went about the cleaning in a prompt, thorough manner. He was polite and professional. He was able to point out areas on the roof that had popping nails and a few places where the fascia had mold and needed painting.

Very well. The house has many windows, all with storms. It is a lot of work. Did a great job and power wash made house look new!

I was very concerned that there would be damage to our decks and stucco from pressure washing and I had been doing them by hand. I used WW for our 100+ windows in our house and they did an amazing job on those so I thought i would give them a shot on another project and they hit it out of the park. Everything looked great and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Can recommend them highly enough.

Excellent, Adam arrived as he said, at 10 AM. The jobs mentioned above took about 6 hours. All windows were washed, scrubbed, scraped and dried. Screens were washed and dried. Debris on the roof was power blown and scraped up where necessary. Adam is personable and friendly to work with and obviously knows his trade. The work was performed neatly [without mess] and efficiently.

The company did a great job on our windows. They removed and cleaned all screens as well. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.

I've used the Window Wizards repeatedly, because of their quick response, reliability & excellent work ethic. My 17 year old brick retaining wall looks new again! The before & after of the wall & the patio area are remarkable. In the past, I've also used their window washing service & have been equally satisfied with the results. The Window Wizard team goes over & beyond, adding tips & suggestions, I couldn't be more pleased. We had the guys at WIndow Wizard come out and clean our gutters. We had moved to this house this past September and hadn't had them cleaned yet, so it was a bit overdue. They gave me a several day timeframe over which they would be able to come out and clear them, so I didn't know exactly when it would be done. One afternoon, I was playing outside with my daughter in the yard, and I needed to go from the front yard to the back yard for something. Walking along the side of our house, I was shocked to find a significant amount of debris strewn about, with some in the neighbor's yard as well (there was even a shingle or two). I was also barefoot, so this added to the unpleasantness of the surprise. It took me a few minutes before it dawned on me that the gutter cleaning must have occurred earlier that day (this was later confirmed). The level of debris was unacceptable, so I contacted Adam and he came out a few days later with a leaf blower to tidy things up. I made the mistake of not pointing out to him all the areas where the debris was, because after he left I could not tell that he had even been there. The debris was in general heavy and fairly fine, so it was not a surprise that the leaf blower was largely ineffective. That evening I sent Adam a detailed email describing all the debris that their gutter cleaning had been responsible for and which still remained, including pictures. He sent one of his guys out with a rake that next afternoon, but after he was finished there was only one small region along our garage that showed noticeable improvement. I was fairly frustrated by this point, as it was more stressful being a dissatisfied customer than a happy customer, and all I really wanted was to be satisfied (and to be able to walk barefoot in my yard again). I tried cleaning up the area between my house and my neighbors with a rake, and discovered that it was pretty difficult due to the nature of the debris. I wasn't about to spend money to have a professional landscaper take care of the mess, and I didn't want to have Adam keep coming out to clean up a mess that he probably wouldn't be able to take care of to my satisfaction (disappointment can be so tiring). So I resigned myself to the fact that I was not going to be able to redeem my experience with Window Wizards. I have to give credit to Adam for his customer service and trying multiple times to rectify the situation. Sadly, the initial mess they had made was too much to be overcome. The point of the story is: don't make a mess you can't clean up.

Adam Brinson, the owner of Window Wizards, is one sharp guy - smart, personable, responsible, and attentive to questions and needs. He gave us a fair price for the window washing, and final price for gutter cleaning was lower than estimated. His men arrived on time and worked efficiently and carefully. I always worry about chemicals harming the deck or landscaping, not to mention what might be damaged from ladders. NO problem. Except for sparkling clean windows, I would never have known they had been there. Inside and out of the house, everything was left the same or better than they found it. We are glad to discover Window Wizard, and will definitely call them again.

They were good to work with. There are usually two people cleaning the windows. Scheduling an appointment is fine.

Adam was scheduled to arrive for the job at 11:00 am. He called before then to say that he couldn't make it until 12:00, but he finally showed up at 2:00. He said that he had been "tied up" with some other business. He worked alone and made good use of his time, completing the job in a little less than the 2.5 hours that he estimated. He worked hard and steadily. He was friendly and polite, and answered my questions thoroughly. The work was done to my satisfaction. Adam used a reverse osmosis window washing machine. Minerals and other dissolved solids are removed from the water, which leaves a very clean window. There are water droplets on the window after washing, but these dry clear. He advised me that one of my gutters was slightly misaligned, and would probably need adjustment in the future. I appreciated this extra information. All in all, this was a positive experience, and I would definitely use Window Wizard again. Adam worked hard, was pleasant to deal with, and did quality work for a fair and reasonable price. It would have been nice if he had been more timely, but I do realize that it's often hard to predict exactly when a job will be completed.

They gave a quote over the phone for my sized house, performed the work when they said they would. Charged what they said they would. The gutters were clean. What more is there to say.

I have a two story house, all the cleaning and clearing of debris was done in less than 30 minutes. The two man crew was both friendly and efficient.

I called on a Tuesday morning and spoke to Adam. He was able to work around my schedule and be there the next day when I had a day off of work. Matt and Mack arrived promptly at 9 as promised and immediately clarified what I wanted done and asked for all of my preferences in advance. They then got right to work. By 1 they were done and gone and the house looked flawless. Even my 20 year old light carpets looked nearly brand new. Matt spent over 3 hours just on the two rooms carpet and the quality of his time investment paid off. Likewise, Mack took the time to clear all of the debris from the exterior power washing and scrubbed clean the mesh gutter guards to make sure the pollen was completely clear. They also went above and beyond moving my furniture. They moved a medium sized table and 2 shelving units upstairs where I planned on moving them myself after they were done. It is becoming increasingly rare for a company to do little bits of extra work without charge, so I was impressed that they would do this without any hesitation at all. I highly recommend them. High quality work, friendly, professional and thorough workers, and a very competitive price (not the cheapest bid I had but much closer to the low end than the high end). I doubt you will find a better company for this type of work.

Initial call promptly returned. Rep arrived on time to provide estimate. Work was completed to a very high degree of satisfaction, within estimate. Crew arrived promptly, worked well, were courteous and professional. The price was, I believe, maybe a little higher than the going rate, but the quality of service was more than worth it.
