It was good. They were right on time and professional. I would recommend them.

I found their services to be efficient , courteous ,and professional. They found only small termite activity ,nothing serious and asked to treat but,I didn't find necessary at the time. They gave me advice on how I could eliminate what few I had which I found very helpful.

The day arrived for my appoinment, I received no phone call. The guy showed up at 0715. I have dogs as it states on my profile with them. I have a six foot privacy fence with locks on them to ensure my dogs safety. At the time of my appointment, my mom was staying with me with her three dogs due to my father almost passing in the hospital. The guy took my lock off my gate and never place it back on, he also left my gate wide open. My mom did not know he was there and let her dogs out and two of her show competition dogs got out. She is not from this area. I could see him at his car and told him that he left my gate open. I receivd no apology, nothing fro this guy. He denied taking my lock. When I called the office to let them know what happened. I was treated very badly by the staff there. My mother also called. After two days of these dogs still missing, we called back again. This time they tried to deny they even serviced my house. After many more calls, I canceled service. I was told by them I would have my refund by the end of the next week. As I figured I NEVER received my refund! This company is a bunch of liars and crooks!
