My room looks great. He did two coats. He was polite and courteous. He cleaned up any mess.

He was fantastic!!

By far, he did the best paint job that I have ever purchased. He was A+ in every way. He left things tidy and vacuumed the room when the job was completed. There was a little confusion on my about the way the blinds were raised when he was painting the room - I I could not lower the blinds. Sent a "panic" email and Troy responded right away. Came over and within the hour of speaking with him to take care of the problem... It was a simple fix and most people would have known what to do! Excellent service. Would recommend without hesitation

I was dreading the thought of taping and painting our master bathroom (6.5' x 15.5') with its many difficult angles and areas. So, I bought Sapphire Painting's Big Deal for painting one interior room. Money well spent! The communication between the owner, Troy, and myself was great. Troy showed up early the day of the job and got to work quickly. He prepped the room well with drop cloths and used painter's tape in the appropriate areas. He applied two coats of paint that we supplied and was finished in just over a few hours. The walls look great and the ceiling lines are perfect. He even swept the bathroom after he was done packing up his gear. Professional all around. Troy was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Very pleased with the end result. Would definitely hire him again.

I had contracted with Sapphire to paint my dining room. When he arrived on 4/24/2014 to do this job, I asked him if he could also paint my hallway. He was going to be busy in the near future, so he was nice enough to squeeze in the additional work on the same day. I know that this is not usually the case, b/c everyone has schedules to keep - it just worked out. The price he quoted for the additional work was very reasonable. He does INCREDIBLE WORK!!!!. I will definitely be using him again. In fact, I have already asked for an estimate on doing more work for me.

Communication has been fine. The owner prefers the phone while I prefer email or angie's list messaging. I have spotty cell coverage @ my house so it's easier for me to communicate via text/email.

Troy did a good job - he noticed I was trying to pick up some tips on painting and gave me a ton of pointers while he completed the work. Super polite and helpful.
