Excellent! Best price, service and professionalism. I called a several other dryer vent contractors before I fortunately reached Rick. According to my tenants Rick did an amazing job and was very polite and professional in their dealings. One of my tenants raved about how he was the best contractor (polite, professional, pleasant, answered questions, on time, etc) she has met in her 10 years she has been my tenant. Given my few phone conversations I had with Rick I easily agree with her assessment. Lastly, his prices were well below the several other contractors I called. Do not choose anyone else. Great service! We called Rick on a Saturday morning, and he fit us in the next evening after first confirming we were OK with a Sunday evening service call. He arrived promptly and in short order had the duct cleaned (and it had a significant amount a of damp lint clogging it up). Our drier is once again working fine.
