Excellent service; came with assistants, Removed shoes before entering house and cleaned up really well. Returned as needed to ensure all was functioning appropriately.

I use RapidServ and they are for heating and they are excellent as well. They are a great company. The charge included new units inside and outside of the house and a new hi-tech thermostat that does the remote and all of that, it was a lot for what he charged. The cost wasn't a lot, the service we got was a lot for what he charged. His price was good. He also was fabulous. Before we left for Florida, we thought that the upstairs heat was out and he came on a Sunday morning. He said I will be there Sunday morning and I said okay. He did that because we were supposed to leave the next day. I called them late Saturday and he said I will be there in the morning. He is a great guy too. He is somebody that Travis, another service provider put me in touch with and that is how I found him. I would grade him an 'A' on every category. He was super careful not to break anything in the house because he was going in and out. He was super careful about carrying things up the staircase. He is an 'A' on all aspects, absolutely an 'A' on everything. That was the second time we had used him. When we first moved in, we had the downstairs done and we called him back to do the upstairs. We have used him twice.
