Description of Work: As soon as I said I had a metal roof with a large skylight in the middle of it, Steve said the leak probably could not be permanently fixed. Quality Roof does not work with metal roofs and does not recommend any other roofer to fix the leak. Reason: because no roofer can guarantee that the metal roof would not leak. The person who originally installed the metal roof had tried many times to fix it, but it just got worse. So, Steve gave me excellent advice and I trusted him. So, friends took the metal roof off and put shingles on it and it hasn't leaked since!

Description of Work: Replaced flashing, vents, roof tiles. Repaired buckles in roof. Steve actually re-did work done by another provider that was inadequate. He's a professional roofer who only does small-ish repairs. Great work, great service. Will definitely use Steve again. Thanks!

Description of Work: Replaced a skylight in our house. While replacing the skylight, he also fixed plumbing gaskets that were in need of repair and identified a problem with the roof vent which was also fixed.
