+ -1 moreMr. Prince came out and found that the leak was a result of loose fixtures. He fixed it right up beautifully and did not charge me for it.

Description of Work: I called Moses because we had a small leak under sink and then our disposal quit working. He said he had another job the next day and would stop by. Stayed home and I got a call in the late afternoon saying he couldn't make it because the job was taking too long. I said OK and asked him to call. The lady said on the Friday of Memorial weekend that maybe I should try someone else. i said that wasn't fair because it was Memorial weekend. I called his office Saturday morning and asked him to call because I wanted to support a local Chatham county business. Called again on Tuesday and said to call by 10:00 or I would get someone else. He may be a good plumber, but am very disappointed.

+ -1 moreI had a plumbing emergency a few months back and called every plumber who had been recommended to me by neighbors and not one of them called me back. I finally checked Angie's list and amazingly found a local plumber, Moses Prince of Prince Plumbing. Moses not only called me back quickly, he was there that same day and fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable price. He's also a really nice personable guy. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if I have another emergency.
Description of Work: Removed a faulty whole-house water filter, fixed associated plumbing problems and installed a new one.

Description of Work: Repaired kitchen plumbing. A faucet had come loose. Mr. Prince identified the problem -- faulty installation by the builder -- and corrected the problem.

Description of Work: Prince plumbing installed sewer line from the house, under a concrete patio to the septic tank. They were on time, worked quickly and did far more than we expected. They even used the soil left over to form steps on a steep bank.

+ -1 moreIt is a small family operation and not a big corporate quality office which is nice. They were very good and knew what they were doing and did it right. They would always work together and explained to me quite well what was going on and what they had to do. They were covered under my home warranty. Their pricing however seemed fair. The quality of their work looked good and they performed clean work. They got out to my place on time without any horrible delays. They were very informal which was fine with me.
Description of Work: I used Prince Plumbing Company to replace my water heater.

I ended up meeting with both the owner of the company as well as one of his associates who were both very courteous and professional to me. I would describe my experience with Price Plumbing as very positive where the associates were able to handle my situation with no issues. Overall the quality of the work was of A quality. I was pleased with my overall experience with Price Plumbing.

+ 0 moreAlthough I engaged Moses Prince for a routine plumbing repair in my shower, he took it upon himself to also examine the plumbing under my bathroom sink and discovered that the pipes were imroperly installed, not glued, and could cause a disastrous leak. Not only did he investigate on his own, not only did he fix it, but he also didn't charge me anything for the extra work. I don't see how anyone could go wrong hiring this honest, capable man.
Description of Work: Cleared a slow drain in the shower.
