Our entire experience with Platinum has been outstanding. Jayne has been there every step of the way, with expert advice and guidance, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Jayne and her entire crew of subcontractors have been great to work with, prompt, dependable, and all have done a great job for us. Whenever something unexpected come up, Jayne found a reasonable, affordable solution. We have worked with Platinum on a broad range of renovation projects over several months and are completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. We won't hesitate to work with Jayne on future projects and recommend Platinum unconditionally to anyone considering renovations to their home.

We are very happy with the results. Jayne and Linda came to our home several times, listened to our ideas, made design recommendations and shortly after provided us with an estimate.They provided prompt responses to our questions prior to agreeing to work together. Estimated time of completion would have been on target, however, it was extended due to changes we chose to make during the process. We liked that each subcontractor provided Jayne with a bill for their service which she then gave us and we either paid the subcontractor directly or Jayne provided them with our payment. There were no hidden costs. Jayne was upfront and clear from the start with everything and did not try to "spend our money". Each of her subcontractors did excellent work. On the rare ocassion that something needed to be redone, it was immediately addressed. The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day and they did a great job of covering all areas that could potentially be impacted by the renovation. They provided us with daily updates of what was done and who would be in our house each day. They understood our vision because the finished product is exactly what we wanted. Jayne and Linda are a great team. They stand by their work and we would not hesitate to work with them again.
