WAS TOLD BY HOA THAT I HAD TO PAINT MY LOFT BARN TO MATCH MY HOUSE COLOR AND TRIM, JOINED ANGIE'S LIST AND FOUND DAVID KOLK UNDER CAPSTONE AND HE CALLED ME AND CAME RIGHT OVER, GAVE ME A PRICE AND COMPLETED THE JOB AS EXPLAINED, I AM VERY SATISFIED.

It is with gratitude and enthusiasm that I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Todd and his staff at Entity, Inc. Building an addition on to a home is a thrilling yet demanding process. Both Architect and Owner have the highest expectations as to the level of quality, cost and schedule. Todd clearly has the ability to handle the most challenging projects while maintaining the budget and schedule. Perhaps what separates Todd from many other home builders is his ability to see beyond the plans and really understand the Architect's intentions and the Owner's needs. I feel Todd is a strong team player always looking out for the good of the project. Todd came in under budget and ahead of schedule on our screen porch addition. This is obviously a glowing letter of recommendation. It is not my habit to write such letters. In a world of inappropriately overused superlatives, Todd is truly outstanding. I would build with him again in a nanosecond.

They came the next day and did a great job with the painting. Furthermore, they were courteous and friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for more!

Todd was not the lowest bid. But his bid was reasonable and he seemed responsive to our concerns and some special interests that we had, like a green roof. I anticipated unexpected events to come up as the project moved along. These events ranged from a huge rock/concrete footing that could not be moved, to a low beam in the center of the room, to a ceiling that needed adjustment to a door that was backward as it was delivered form the company. Surprises happen. The important thing is how well one handles surprises. Todd was very professional. Todd proved tireless in making sure that project came out right. He works with several different crews, most of whom he is very familiar and they do a great job for him. I was on the job nearly every day and I am happy to say these guys were very tolerant of me working along side and with them. Todd is not a real hands on kind of guy. He is not directing the crews on site. He does not come buy every day and inspect. Having said that, he is never more than a phone call away. On the few occasions when I did have to leave a message I generally heard back by that evening. It is worth noting that he wants to see the job move forward. The people who work with him show up when they are suppose to show up and they finish their work in a timely fashion.I am very happy with how the job finished. For all intents and purposes no one can tell that there was an addition to the house.As I said, Todd was not the lowest estimate we received. I have always believed that there is a hidden price to low cost. No hidden costs with Todd though. In the final settling he credited me with work that I had done (above and beyond work that we had agreed that I would do) and because of that, and in spite of mid-project add ons (like a sink and plumbing), the final price was a little less than the estimate that we had originally agreed. More important than price was the quality of the work and Todd's willingness to be flexible as the project moved along.

They have done several things for us. I use them all the time, and they are always on time, and I never have any problems. I would let them in even if I am not here, so I trust them. Their workers always check in, and I have no problems at all with them. Their not the least expensive, but their quality is much better than the cheapest person out there.

Todd Waller the owner of Entity, Inc. met me on site and we walked through what work I wanted to have done and in what phases. This is the first of several projects that I am undertaking. We started with the screen porch addition. Todd helped me with the design of the addition and was able to offer up suggestions on some cost savings tips that would not affect quality. In addition, the original design that was done by an architect offered some structural concerns for drainage and with Todd's civil engineering background, he was able to adjust the design to resolve any problems. Todd was extremely professional and very detailed in his quote. I knew at all times what to expect and his crew was very punctual and thorough. Cleanliness was very important to me and my job site conditions exceeded my expectation. I am single and female and felt extremely comfortable with everyone that I worked with which is very important to me when you are opening your home to perfect strangers. In this phase I decided to add on the paint for the entire inside of my home and was completely satisfied in the coverage and cleanliness. He even arranged to have professional movers to move all of my furniture for me, due to the fact I had some very large, heavy, and old antique furnishings that I did not want to risk damage to. Any time that I had questions or concerns my phone call or email was immediately addressed.
