I am 100% satisfied. I have a metal roof so the rain rushed off pretty fast. They recommended the larger gutters and assured me that their gutter covers would still work. Two other gutter services said my roof was too steep to handle gutter covers. They've worked like a charm and I have not had to clean my gutters since. About a year after the downspouts were installed, I noticed that one was a slightly different version of white from the others. Obviously the difference was very minor. Still, I called them up and they happily replaced that one. If you're real persnickety, these are definitely the guys to call.

I made an appointment on the phone. Someone called with a reminder the day before the scheduled service. On the day of service, the crew called me from the road to let me know they would actually be a little early. They were very polite, professional, and thorough--they were also careful not to make a mess in my house, which I appreciated! They took pictures of possible problem points on my chimney, but there was no sales pressure from them. All in all, they are a terrific outfit.

My only complaint is with the price. Took them about 1/2 hour and they charged $160. I later heard from other people that price was very high, and I could have gotten equal quality work much cheaper.

They were excellent. I had no problems with them. They were very professional and timely.

Company responded to initial phone call within 3 hours, set up appointment at convenient time. Arrived punctually, worked quickly, swept and cleaned chimney, provided photos of problem areas for future consideration.

I spoke with the proprietor Charliee Qualtile about a year ago shortly after we relocated here from the north. He advised us to live in the house for a year before spending money on something that might not be necessary. The house has many windows and continued to feel cold in winter months so we decided to move forward with a conversion of the fireplace. I contacted Charlie and was again impressed with his honesty and frankness when he pointed out problems with the unvented option and he said he could not beat another quote we had. Since we had already decided on the unvented logs, we went with a vendor who routinely installs them. Based on my interaction with Charlie, I think Chimneys Plus Gutters would be a breeze to work with if one were using the more traditional services.

I called Chimney's Plus on repairing my fireplace damper and cleaning. The response was fast, professional with a call back by the sweep and owner to see if I was satisfied. There is no reason to use any other company, they performed an excellent job with top notch service.

The actual owner (and his son) came out and did the work. He was wonderful, responsive to my questions, listened, and was very respectful of the home (i.e. putting plastic down, never walking on anything but plastic, sweeping up after they were done, asking permission for things, etc.) The cleaning/sweep was completed, and then they did a thorough run through (and actually showed me via live camera feed) and spoke in detail about what needed to happen and why.

I would strongly recommend Chimneys Plus Gutters. They are honest and reliable. We purchased a buck stove insert from them and it works very well. It was a pleasure to work with their installers as well. They did an excellent job.

I called the company and asked many questions as to what the company provided. A person came out and did the work..and, noticed that our chimneys did not have covers. Options were explained to me as well as what the product would look like on top of the chimneys. We did order covers and they were installed with the same professionalism as the previous work had been done. The cheesecake the company gave customers during the time as a promotion was excellent too!!

They were very professional. They covered up everything before they did the job. They did a video scan of it and gave us a full report on it. Our experience was very pleasant and very good. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

We thought Charlie's advice was right on and appreciated his guidance. Rather than going for a quick sale, he ensured that we made a knowledgeable decision. We will definitely contact him next fall about our choice.

The people were very nice. They came promptly. They cleaned out her chimney. The fireplace now works. The work was very satisfactory. They were courteous.

This was wonderful to watch - they put a large vacuum in the fireplace and it catches all the soot and dust. When they were finished you could not see any dust, it was wonderful.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and our inspector recommended having a chimney sweep come out to inspect the chimney for any flaws or issues since the chimney was full of ashes. I called the company and set up an appointment, they offered me 3 available days and arrived promptly on schedule. They put a drop cloth down to catch any soot or ash from the chimney, cleaned out the build up of ashes and inspected the chimney. They explained to me that the integrity of the chimney was in working condition and what the details would be if the chimney would need to have any work done. They took a picture of the roof of the chimney and showed me where the roof is rusting and gave me an estimate for what it would be to replace it. They were very clean with my house, after they left, I didn't see any ash outside of the chimney and very little if any in the chimney.

Charlie comes highly recommended. These guys are very service oriented. They do flue inspections and sell/install gas logs. He is a fireman so he has an eye for potential hazards and code type violations that others do not. We recommend them very highly.

They were very professional. I had used them since the 80's and 90's and they are extremely honest, reliable and know exactly what they are doing.

Arrived promptly. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He protected floors and carpets with cloths, and proceeded to remove the insert and clean behind it. Then cleaned chimney, inspected motor and put things back in order. Very neat, clean and efficient job.

I have used this company for years. They always arrive on time and clean up thoroughly. Last time they left a small gift as appreciation for using their service. They let me know when they will be working in my area and give me a discount if I schedule during that time, as it saves them fuel.

WHAT I REALLY LIKED ABOUT THEM IS THAT WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS THAT THEY ACQUIRED WHILE SWEEPING IT. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND I PLAN TO HAVE THEM BACK.
