Demolition went great, his team was very thorough in preparing my home for the pending foundation repair. He was conscientious about consulting with my structural engineer once we really uncovered the issue with the concrete slab. Unfortunately the project took significantly longer than expected, there was an error made which he had full control over and he was very slow to correct it.

We never heard from them again. We made several attempts to contact them by phone but the voicemail box for the owner was always full and we were unable to leave messages.

This did not go well We wanted 3 quotes for our job and he indicated tht he was interested. He never returned even though we called him twice asking for the quoote or asking if he needed to come and take additional measurements. He just never responded after the initial visit. Not the way to do business. He could have just indicated that he was not interested and we would not have wasted our time and could have gotten a bid from another firm rather than waiting on him. Frustrating...

Dave came out and looked at our crawl space and gave us an estimate. He was very kind and courteous and down to earth. When we decided to contract with them, they then scheduled the work for the next week. Dave came by and measured in our crawl space during the week prior to work so that he could buy lumber ahead of time. The first day of work Dave showed up with one other worker. The two of them used a laser to find out where exactly the house was sagging and by how much. They installed temporary jacks under the floor (6 of them) and raised the house. They were very cautious because we were concerned about our stone countertops being damaged. They restored the house to level and then went to work removing the rotten wood. The next day they came back and did more work removing the wood and placing the new floor bands. On the third day a third person came with to do the masonry work. They finished up almost everything that day. The next day Dave came back and cleaned everything up in the crawl space and removed the jacks. They were very courteous, down to earth, punctual, and kind. They were excellent with my children and exceedingly patient with my children peeking in to see what they were doing and saying hi to them through the floor about a million times. I felt safe leaving my home unattended while they were working in it. We are very pleased with both the workers and the work performed, and have already asked them for estimates on further work that we need done around the house.

Dave Kolk's work was very well done. The quality of the work that he did was very high. He was very professional and responsible when it came to my job. He made sure that everything was well done and finished in the end. It took them about 3 weeks to complete all of the work, which was within the time frame that they gave me before they started. I would recommend this company to anyone because they are excellent.

The crew was very professional and clean. The quality of work was great. They did a wonderful job and were on budget.

The entire job took 3 days as promised. That included an extra day because of inclement weather. Capstone prepared the existing surface, repaired all cracks and reinforced the entire foundation. The work site was immaculate at job's end.
