Classic Floor Services

In the initial call, Carlos indicated that he could clean and seal the concrete floors in a new construction home and provided a reasonable quote. I confirmed in a second call the same day that I wanted him to do the job and he asked for me to follow up with a text with more details about the job. I didn't hear back the next day so I re-texted to another number; I still heard nothing from Carlos. I called daily for another 3 days to see if Carlos still intended to do the job asking that he let me know either way...no replies at all. Very unprofessional.

Terrible. He basically didn't really know what he was doing and when he completely screwed up the floor to the point it had to be redone he disappeared and sent his crew out(his sons) out to finish the job. They could have cared less and made their disdain with having to continue the project known. It was a mess they really couldn't fix he basically cut his loses and moved on.

Carlos with Classic Floors was contracted by my builder to grind out the existing interior concrete sealer and reseal my floors. Initially the company seemed very responsive to our needs and committed to finishing the job in a weekend (which they did). My complaint is with the overall sloppiness of the job. The application of the sealer itself is sub par at best. The crew did not adequately remove dust, so many areas of the floor are streaked white where sealer was applied on top of dust. The original sealer that was to be removed had caused a lot of pitting and Carlos assured me that would all be removed with their grinding process. That is true only on the first two rooms that were done so I assume that the crew decided the process was taking too long and did not take the time on the remainder of the house. But what was most upsetting about the whole experience is that Carlos disappeared after the job. Despite numerous efforts on the part of my building company, he has never returned to fix his crew's sloppiness and will not return phone calls/emails. I suggest avoiding this company for any concrete work - they are sloppy and do not stand behind their work.

We had received good recommendations about Classic Floor Services, but we had issues and delays from the beginning. The primary problem was with responsiveness and timeliness -- phone calls not returned for weeks on multiple occasions. We finally switched to a different contractor to finish the job.

Carol was amazing. We have built a house with a simple finished concrete floor on the lower level. Our builder (who has since gone out of business) did his best to protect the floor after it was poured, but during the building process it got terribly muddy and discolored. I found the website for Classic Floors and called Carlos. He was VERY responsive, professional and punctual. He worked within our very limited budget and did an awesome job. He literally ground out all of the discolorations and the floor looked better and smoother than it did just after it was poured! He was a real life-saver!
