Cameron is the best! Honest, prompt, professional, a pleasure to do business with. His pricing is very reasonable and heâ s transparent about what needs to be done to get the project completed and what the cost will be. He and his team cleared our 3+ acres of land (including an outbuilding) and it looks amazing! Weâ ll be using him for our monthly land maintenance.

They were hired to prepare the yard area for grass seeding, including the application of lime and fertilizer, and covering the seeded area with an adequate quantity of landscape straw. We agreed on a price for accomplishing the described tasks. We saw no evidence of the application of either lime or fertilizer. About 1/3 of the needed straw to cover the seeded area was applied. The seeding operation consisted of the use of a hand-held broadcaster device that should only be used in supplemental seeding tasks. After one month, we can see no evidence of any grass resulting from the seeding. In addition, we were charged a 67% additional fee for the use of a tractor and rake to condition the area, after having agreed to do all the asks for the original quote.
