I had spoken with David in April. He came out to my house, and we went through the tasks that I needed to be done. He was on time for the first appointment, and I was impressed by his knowledge. He advised he was on a project and it would be mid-June before he could focus on my jobs, which was fine. He told me he would have prices for me within a week -- never got them. He arranged to come by my house on three occasions to measure for a sliding glass door -- cancelled on me all three times. The last time I heard from him was on June 2nd, the last time he was unable to come by -- in all fairness, the weather was terrible, but I have not been contacted since. I texted him on June 27th asking if he was still interested. I got crickets. I do not understand what I did to deserve this treatment, and I hope all is well. I am very disappointed but thankful that I found out before the project was started, rather than after.

David was professional and courteous. He was on time to start and performed the installation without issue, completed the job quickly, cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy with his workmanship and would hire him again.

Dryer vent was installed and replacement window is scheduled to be installed. He was prompt, respectful, cleaned up after himself and he wore a mask without my having to ask. I will definitely call him again when a handyman is needed.

It went great! Outdoor faucet was from 1959. Other plumbers had said faucet would have to be torn out of stone wall to be replaced because the part needed was no longer available. It would have been a major ordeal! David found the outdated part on the computer & ordered. Fixed it perfectly! No mess. We couldn’t have been more pleased because it is used often!!!
