I actually found them by mistake they were in my neighborhood and I stopped to asked questions. I used Terminx in the past and you had to call them to come out they never would call to schedule a spring or fall spray. The gentleman came to my house and explained they use all organic sprays and powders. They did inside the house throughly and outside cleaned all spiderwebs sprayed front and back check for all wasps nest and did all around my slab , checked all around the roof line and they were very proffessional. Answered all my questions. They schedule to come out 4 times a year call you in advance to make sure the date if convient for you. When I saw they were on Angie's List that made me even feel better. They are local and I like dealing with local companies and would recommend them to anyone.

We came to anagreement over the phone to do a one time spray - our house is on the market and we wanted it to be bug free for showings. We agreed on a price. Someone came to have me sign a contract but when I discovered the contract was not what we had discussed, I contacted them by phone within a few hours of leaving my house. The owner apologized for the misunderstanding and said he would shred my check. Now, several weeks later, I see that he just cashed my check! He never came to my house to perform service and I trusted he would do what he said he would do. BEWARE!

Missy's has helped us eliminate pests from our rental. They are very professional and take the time to answer questions. Highly recommend their services.

I can do a better job for much less using products from Lowe's. We have had to call multiple times between treatments for additional treatments (which did not always solve the problem). When I have called with questions and concerns, I'm always presented with an excuse. The sales people present a different expectation than the actual technicians provide. When I have called about fire ant problems, the technician comes out and reports not being able to locate ant evidence - even though there are multiple fire ant hills visible.

I've never used a pest control company, so I have nothing to compare the with.... However, they come once every quarter and treat, leaving a report in the mailbox of what they did. More importantly, when my wife calls them because of a wasps nest, or ants coming in, they come and take care of it. No problems, no extra charge. They came a month ago with a new service... they sprayed and treated for mosquitos. Again, no extra charge, no paperwork. They now do three of my neighbors yards as well. Missy's doesn't bug you (no pun intended), they don't try to sell you upgrades (or at least not me), and I don't have pests- so they must be doing a good job. I wish more of my service providers were this easy to deal with.
