Person who came out was very professional, helpful, thorough and responsive. I did not go with this company solely based on price. There estimate was significantly higher than the the other 3 estimates I got ($4000 vs $6100). It was a show stopper.

Excellent service from the showroom all the way through to the installation. Tile Collection was very easy to work with - I highly recommend them.

The Good News: Terrific collection of tile with lots of unique products. Knowledgeable and accomodating sales staff. The Bad News: I selected my tile at the store but, before ordering, thought I'd check the prices online. I found all of the products at HUGE (50%-75%) discounts to Tile Collection. Because I believe in supporting local businesses -- especially during bad economic times -- I went back to Tile Collection and showed them the pricing I had found online. I didn't expect them to meet those prices (and told them that), but I nicely asked if they could discount their price somewhat: I really would prefer to do business with a local company, but couldn't justify spending so much more to do it. Their answer? NO. Just... NO. I was flabbergasted that they preferred to lose a (sizeable) sale than work with me on the price. Well, the P.S. to the story is that I ordered everything online, was thrilled with the quality and responsiveness of those onlIne vendors... and my now-installed tiled tile looks FABULOUS :-)

When they cut the opening for the sink, major cracks developed all over the counter top. These were not there when the marble piece was selected in their warehouse. To add insult to injury, they did not properly fill the cracks, nor did they seal them. Furthermore, the owner who inspected the work tried to convince me that what I have is the "normal look" for marble. Yes, it is normal to have some cracks, but NOT all over --and when expertly treated they are hardly visible. I have 3 friends who have Rojo Alicante countertops, floors, walls that look perfect.

First experience was excellent with countertops. Second experience was good.

I worked with Laura Barrick to design a master bath remodel. This included a tile shower, tub surround, and floor. Laura drew out everything and recommended cabinet colors, grout color, granite, and paint as well. She has a fantastic eye for color and outdid the other two designers I had consulted with (at other vendors) by a mile. The bathroom turned out beautifully. Tile Collection did not do the work, but I purchased all of the tile material from them.

They did what they promised to do, they showed up on time and they did a good job.

I thought they were great. They did everything they said they would do. I would use them again. I have recommended them to my daughter as well.

An outstanding experience. Extremely pleased with the group of professionals from sales to all craftsmen who made it come together. Followup and responsiveness to concerns was fabulous and always punctual. Everyone was depnedable, reliable and fouced on our satisfaction.

They were very professional. They came right in and they did their work. They were in and out with the work. They really knew what they were doing. There was a little glitch with the island and they were able to figure out a solution. The granite is beautiful. It is exactly what I was looking for. They were professional, fast and courteous.

You don’t get service like this anymore. They were just great! He took his time with her, discussed the various ways to fix it and merits. It could have been a multi-thousand dollar sale, but instead it was just a piece of stone. We would absolutely hire them again. If we were going to do our whole kitchen we wouldn’t use anyone else! This is a family run business and they care about their client and doing quality work.

The young man who did the tiling was excellent. He did a fantastic job. We love it. He paid attention to detail, and worked really hard.

Teressa was our designer and she was absolutely fantastic. The entire project turned out well. I thought that their prices were very fair and that I got my money worth. The tile looks great and I would recommend them to others.

I chose this company because I wanted high-quality labor and a hassle-free experience. I expected to pay more to get a good result. First, I worked with the salesperson/designer, Tammy, to select the tile. Being design-challenged, I appreciated her knowledge of design concepts and her recommendations. Because of the disruption during installation, I delayed the project until I was away on vacation. I asked a neighbor to be the contact while I was away. Tammy assured me that they do this all the time. Big mistake! On the first day, I got a call that I had given them the wrong key to my front door. They were trying to get into the wrong house! I cannot fathom how that happened. On the second day, my alert neighbor glanced over the work order and noticed that they had installed the wrong tile in one of the bathrooms. It was quite clear on the work order which tile went where. More expensive cell phone calls back and forth from France. When my neighbor tried to tell the installers about the problem, not one of them spoke English. Since the installers start work at the company offices at 8:00 am, she tried to phone the supervisor (or anyone) before the installers continued the next morning. No one answered the phone before 9:00. However, eventually the message got through. The installers removed the wrong tile before everything had set up, and they put in the right tile. The supervisor was very nice to my neighbor about fixing the problem. When we returned from vacation, I staggered in at 1:00 am with my luggage and found a terrible mess. There was grout tracked all through the house and up the stairs. There were piles of carpet scraps at two of the thresholds. The tile floors were filthy. I set my suitcase down and got out the mop and vacuum. I waited until later to wipe all the black hand prints off the doors and walls, and wipe the grout off the counters. What a welcome home. I discovered a dozen problems that needed fixing. The pedestal sink was crooked and wobbly; it had not been reinstalled correctly. There was no threshold at the hardwood floor. There was missing grout and caulk in a number of places. The grout in two of the bathrooms was very mottled and looked dirty; the color was very uneven. There were no spare tiles for one of the styles. It is my opinion that all of these issues should have been identified by the supervisor, and all should have been fixed before they declared the job complete. When I called to complain, the supervisor came out to have a look. He didn't disagree with any of my complaints, and said that he would do everything necessary to make me happy. He returned a couple of days later with a helper, and they spent the morning fixing things up. In the end, the floors turned out nice. The grout is still not a uniform color, but I guess it's the best they could do. I was so sorry to have imposed on my neighbor, and to have this stress while on vacation. But I am satisfied with the tile floors.

We found the sales person excellent in helping us find the color and type of tile that we were looking for. In fact she ordered several pieces so that we could see the actual tile in our home.

We had some difficulties. The order came in two separate orders. The two separate orders were as per us, since we felt did not have enough to get by. The two orders though did not match. There was difficulty in getting it returned.

The advice that they gave me was bad. When I had a problem after the installation they never returned my calls. The installation was fine. I had to get two different numbers to call and still would not return my calls. I had to find someone else to repair my grout and seal it and to put in the quarter round.

I called up Tile Collection to redo our kitchen counters. They replaced the countertops and backsplash with granite and tile. It looks so much better now! We wanted to have something that showed off our house.

They came out and gave me an estimate. The salesperson was very helpful in helping us pick out the granite top that we wanted. The guys that did the installation were wonderful and would always answer my questions. They couldn't hook up the water to the sink so the plumber had to do it.

They were very pleasant. They finished in two days because it was extensive job. The lady in the office was very helpful. The man doing the job was very pleasant. It is a family owned business.

It went great. They came when they said. The installer did an outstanding professional job. The only thing is that they forgot to tell me they had to come back the next day to grout. I thought paying extra for "subway" arrangement of the tiles was not necessary, though I am not sure if other vendors also do this. I highly recommend them.

I'd give them an A+ if I could. Two difficulties arose. There was confusion about whether or not there was enough material to do the stone work. When they discovered that, they were very helpful to my wife in securing an additional piece of stone to match. Also, there was some difficulty fitting the cook top into the stone. They sent their best technicians out here to make that happen. There was an 1/8 of an inch to spare. They finished the job in excellent fashion.

Once you work with somebody, no other representatives will help you at all even if your person isn't present. I found that frustrating. When we picked up our tile, we wanted a square footage quote on some granite and they wouldn't help us because our sales person wasn't there that day.

Every phase of the project was great. From the sales and design to the removal of what was in the kitchen previously to the installation could not have been better. They are a great company and I would definitely use them again.
