Sloppy! Messy! Didn't cover my newly painted walls! Varnish stains everywhere including on the new carpet! Called multiple times to clean carpet even showed up at their office and they never cleaned it! They promised on a number of occasions to finish the work and they will always delayed! excuses were never ending!!!

It went well they did the top floor first and did the stairs and bottom on the second trip. They gave quality recommendations on what grade of carpet should go upstairs vs down which I really appreciated.
Description of Work: They installed carpet throughout my home after a water damage.

We found this company at the Home Show and got show pricing on a carpet install. The salesman was low pressure , courteous & professional. The installation crew was great they moved all of the furniture and did a first rate job on the installation. Great overall experience.
Description of Work: Installed new carpet on stairs and on upper floor.
