.Eddy did a great job. He setup new network equipment and confirmed that there was a hardware problem with our printer.

I contacted Eddy by e-mail after finding him on Angies List. He arrived at my home 10 minutes early. He was very patient with me as I'm 73 and new to Apple. I had been looking for an Apple computer tech for a while and he was terrific. After hearing my issues he went right through my list and solved every one. He gave effective tutorials where I needed them. Within one hour he had met all my needs and more. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Eddy was prompt. He also was very patient with me. With each visit, we have scheduled a subsequent appointment to ensure that I stay on track and will be able to develop a budget. He has been extremely accommodating of my somewhat chaotic schedule.

Could not possibly have been done any better. He had it back to me in less than 18 hours !. He clearly earned straight A's on this job.

Tech Me Back was/is knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Worked very well with the broad range of computer literacy in our office. Highly recommend!

Eddy was great to work with, very patient with my wife who does not like computer stuff. When he left, all our system were in tip top shape.

As is usual with Eddy, it was a GREAT experience. He advised me over the phone and email about what hardware to buy, told me what store to go to, who I should see there and even how much I should expect to pay. Then he came out and set up all of my new equipment for me. We ran into a little problem the next day with some of the new memory he installed and he came right back to switch it out for the original memory. Then he went on the internet, found what I needed and even put it in the shopping cart for me! He will come back when the new memory arrives and switch it out for me. His follow-up and responsiveness is excellent. When I have a question and I call him, he is quick to respond and can usually walk me through resolving the problem over the phone or through email. He sends out emails when there are updates or new products that he thinks his clients should know about. Really, in this industry, it's unusual to find someone like Eddy who takes the time to serve his clients, even us small stay-at-home Mom clients, and make them feel like they are a priority. Thank you Eddy!!

Another excellent experience. This is our second time using Tech Me Back and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. Eddy is extremely professional, very accommodating, working over a holiday time, and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He is very instructive, explaining what he is doing at each point, and provides information about how to maintain the setup going forward. We are glad to have found Tech Me Back and will recommend Eddy to others.

Eddy was fantastic and I have not experience service like he provided in quite a long time. He saved 6000+ pictures that the Apple Store told me they could not recover. He made two trips to my home to complete the project. The service he provided far out weighed the price he charged. He even refused to cash the check until he felt like the job was completed. If you have an issue with your computer do not waste your time calling anyone else...call Tech Me Back

I wish everyone I worked with was as great as Eddy! I sent multiple requests out to other Angie's List vendors and received a few replies back but no one was as prompt, professional and resonably priced as Tech Me Back. Eddy was able to schedule our service for the following day and arrived on time, despite the fact that I had a typo in our street address. He explained in terms that I could understand what he was doing and why, set up all of our devices on the network with Internet access and wireless printing capability, and offered suggestions and guidance regarding upgrades that would make our network more efficient. He was professional, helpful and friendly. I truly appreciate the service that he provided and will definitely use his company in the future and recommend them to friends.

I left a voicemail on a Saturday and I heard back from them that same day. I explained my problem and got fair, honest advice. Essentially it was not worth the costs of repairs to get the work done. I totally appreciated his candor and professionalism. I absolutely would use them again, if I needed computer/tech repair.

Eddy Nivens is awesome. I initially went to the Apple Store in South Park Mall, only to have them refer me to the Apple Consultants. I requested quotes from 3 of them; Eddy was the only one who ever responded. Eddy is very passionate about Apple products and it shows. I would never go anywhere else with Apple issues or questions. If you have any issues with your Apple products or need service in the Charlotte area, don't waste your time with anyone else.

Eddy Nivens set up a rather complex home network when we switched to Macs from our previous PCs. I cannot say enough about the quality of his service and professionalism. He offered to work off hours to accommodate our schedule and completed his work more quickly than I would have guessed. He explained everything he was doing and even interacted with our internet provider and home theater team to make sure everything functioned perfectly. He is great to communicate with by email and gives clear, nontechnical instruction regarding his work. I would, without hesitation, give him my highest recommendation.

Tech Me Back is awesome. I emailed on a Saturday (after our old service provider couldn't help) and received a same day response from Eddy. He asked that I send him 2 things so he could begin understanding the problem: a description of the problem and our setup (including model info). By Monday morning he called to say he had some ideas and immediately came by to work on the system. Wireless was up and running within minutes (after some correction to our router configuration) and we were back in business. Our printer problem took a little longer to resolve so he "hard-wired" the printer so we could use it immediately then set to work to resolve the wireless issue. I am so happy I found Tech Me Back. Eddy is professional, personable and really cares about doing a great job for his customers. His expertise is obvious the minute you begin to discuss the issue but his explanations are down-to-earth and understandable - no "tech-speak" ! Tech Me Back's hourly rates are very reasonable and they offer both on-site and off-site support (very cool when your tech support uses video chat). There are very few Apple service providers in Charlotte - and those that exist are hard to locate. I highly recommend them to anyone having computer issues.
