1 star is too high I have bought 2 Toro mowers from them, along with other equipment and supplies, and attempted to have both mowers serviced there. My first was in 2018 and the service was so poor they gave me a free battery. Below is a review of my most recent service experience. Not only will I now longer use them for anything. I will actively be warning other small and large businesses of their lies and or incompetence. I dropped my Toro mower off on 8/30/23 for a new V-Belt and work on the right hydro. I was told by Cora (service clerk) that it will take 3-4 weeks to be completed. I was fine with that due the amount of mowers outside waiting ahead of me. 9/20/23 I call and leave a message for an update. No Reply. Call back 9/27. Call 2x in the am. Can't get a live person. Call 2x in afternoon and end up leaving a message. No Reply.10/2 leave a message. No Reply10/3 leave a message. No Reply10/5 call back and and get Cora. She advises that my mower has not even been looked at. She tells me the manager made the decision to service aerators due to it being aerating season. I reminded her she told me it would take 3-4 weeks when it was dropped off. She apologized and said they will "get it on the lift" by 10/8. I asked why the delay and she tells me they only have 1 technician at that time. 10/11 call back 4 times and can't get Cora or a live person in service so I leave a message on the final call. No Reply10/17 call and I'm advised Cora is not working but the rep advised me my mower HAS NOT BEEN LOOKED AT YET. Asked for a manager and was transferred to the sales manager. He could not help me and made it clear he had no interest in trying. Asked for store managers contact info. He refused and said he would send him an email to call me. I declined due to the history and requested my mower be brought up front because I was coming to pick it up. I arrived to pick the mower up. It was up front. I loaded the mower alone. Not one single employee came outside to offer assistance or to apologize.

After spending over $7000.00 on a mower and over $2000.00 on Echo tools for a lawn business. The first time I tried to change the edger blade the screw was stripped. Their customer service response: Too bad, want to buy another one? BUYER BEWARE if you have a problem. Edger was $89 new, to fix $45 in parts and $50 service fee. They are great when you are buying tools. Just don't come in for anything else.

This simple repair that should have taken a technician less than a half hour was not completed for 24 days. In addition, two areas of the mower exterior were damage apparently by striking the mower running into something. Paint in several places was gouged out in large scratches and the Husqvarna logo was broken and dislodged from the side of the mower. This vendor was chosen by Lowe's for warranty service. I certainly cannot recommend them.

Picked up my riding mower, performed annual maintenance and returned.

Mower was ready when promised.

Called provider and set up time bring in generator. Work completed when promised.

They always can be depended on to have in stock or soon to be there parts and service for the things I need relative to their product line.

I had taken my Husqvarna leaf blower to another repair shop because the blower failed to start. I was told that a fan bolt was loose. They tightened the bolt and charged me $39.99. After I had used the blower 2 times, it quit working again. I took the blower back to the same repair shop. When I called to ask if the blower was ready for pickup, I was told that it was. When I arrived at the repair shop, the work had not been completed. I had to return the next day for pickup. I was charged $43.15 to replace the fuel lines. The blower worked for 1 leaf blowing session then died once again. I decided to try another repair service. Luckily for me, I took the blower to STI Turf Care in Pineville. Alex was the representative who helped me. Alex called me the following morning to let me know that the blower was ready for pickup. The fan bolt and shredder blade had come off and had to be tightened. The carburetor also had to be adjusted. Alex told me that I would not be charged for this service due to the money that I had already spent at the other repair shop. Alex also recommended Truefuel for my blower to help it run better. I am happy to report that the blower is working very well! Turf Care provides quality repair work and outstanding customer service.

They are very professional. They tend to cater more toward commercial markets but will work on individuals as well. They have good power tool equipment choices, and the staff is very knowledgeable.

It worked out wonderfully and it still starts on the first pull. When they gave it back to me it was almost like new! The men working helped me put it back in the car without any problems. I would not hesitate to take anything back to them!

My husband was not pleased with the tune up because he felt they just changed a spark plug and that was something he could have done.

They service that they provided me was excellent.Everyone that I dealt in there is very nice and very accomodating. I really like the service that they provided me, I won't go anywhere else.

the thing i discovered about buying from a place like this as opposed to a big box store is that they will help you one on one. when i bought the echo weed eater, the salesperson took it in the back, gased it up, installed line and brought it out front. we went outside and he showed me how to start it, how to install new line, and how to maintain it. you never get this type of service from the big box stores. i called back a few days later with a question about something and i got an answer in 30 seconds, i was not put on hold or told to call the manufacturer. this is a great place to buy and have your lawn equipment serviced.

Everyone was polite and business like - very helpful. Lawn mower was repaired with a week's time. I believe the person that worked with me directly was Tony.
