Description of Work: Scheduled to have dryer repaired between 1:00-5:00 pm. Repair person called at 1:10 and said we were the last call and he may not get to us but would call later. We had already arranged for someone to be home all afternoon. Called him back at 4:30 and he said he would not make it but could not reschedule us until he finished his current job so that we would come up in the computer. He called back later and gave us a reschedule date for Tuesday. They did not follow through on our scheduled appointment and then expected us to wait 4 more days to get the dryer fixed and take off another half day from work. Called Sears and they said the same thing. We were told that they always over schedule and that this is not uncommon. Went on Angie's list made two calls and we had our dryer working by noon on Saturday.
