It was an excellent experience! Tim, the owner, spent a great time of time with me going over the light placement. He also thoroughly explained how the lighting wouldn't be too bright as to not bother the neighbors and other detailed information. Overall, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would certainly work with them again when necessary.

In general pretty happy. We love the lighting on our house. Dick Dumbrose was our sales guy and he was wonderful. Very nice and able to work and come up with alternative solutions when we presented them. We just moved to the area so gave us helpful hints and tips. Their pricing was competitive. We've had a few issues: (1) install: they had 2 women who the sales guy did not know who they were. he thinks they were with a new franchise and were in training. that concerned us. they were a bit rude and said something couldn't be done (photocell put on side of house out of way) when it could and the main installers did it thankfully. (2) 2 lights had to be almost at almost 90 degree angles. had to wait 3 months for light covers to be put on and had to call twice. (3) one light was not put in securely. they are in the process of fixing that. (this will be their second attempt) I would likely hire them again but pay closer attention on some of the install details.

THE OWNER SEEMS TO BE LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HE MADE VERBAL COMMITMENTS TO COME TO OUR HOME AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH US, DIDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY FASHION AND WAS NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN WE CALLED. WE CALLED HIS OFFICE AT LEAST 5 TIMES OVER A 2 WEEK PERIOD JUST TO GET AN APPOINTMENT, AND NEVER COULD PIN HIM DOWN. THE OWNER IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS, AND WE COULDN'T EVEN GET A WEEKDAY TIME WITH HIM!
