Description of Work: Power washed outside of the entire house. |Power washed deck. |Replaced deck rails. |Painted living room walls/ceiling, breakfast area walls, kitchen walls and trim. This included a huge brick fireplace. |Cleaned out our gutters. | |This all took 4 days and they worked Efficiently and were friendly professional and cleaned up after themselves. They do great, precise work.

Description of Work: While we have not had any of the work done yet, Mr. Shannon was very professional, the pricing seemed great and he showed up when he said he would. The work not being done yet is not a reflection on Mr. Shannon, just needed to wait until after the holidays and bills. I do plan to call him!

 + 0 moreThe job was small but went very well. I was in a bind and had some leaks in my roof. Shannon quickly found them and sealed them up. I generally use Shannon for painting and pressure washing. In this case I did not want to climb up on the roof to loook for holes. Shannon was willing to do this in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I have been using his services for about 10 years and I have always been satisfied.
Description of Work: I had several leaks in my roof. Shannon found the problem and sealed them up.

Description of Work: Replaced worn sweep insulation on bottom of front door, back door, shower door. Painted room. Painted tim outside house. Power washed house, driveway, sidewalk. Stained furniture in a bedroom. Caulked exterior windows. Caulked around baseboards. Painted baseboards. Added extra insulation in crawlspace. Gutter was loose and dripping water-re-secured gutter. Did some yard work cleanup for me.

 + 0 moreI think he is honest and he knows what he is doing. I had a couple of things I wanted him to do. Once he got to looking around my house he noticed some valid things that were wrong that I should have fixed. He did a great job.
Description of Work: I hired Mr. Shannon's to paint the trim on my house and replaced some rotten wood. They also pressure washed my house.

 + 5 moreThis guy can do everything, his prices are great and he knows his stuff. I have had to hire several people to do what he does and I have not even tapped into all of his services. He has a contractors license which some people do not, and this showed by his knowledge and recommendations.
Description of Work: Refinish front door, seal front door, paint all shutters, re-caulk all windows and doors, stain and seal deck chairs, paint exterior trim of garage, windows, front door. Paint front metal railing of house. Power-wash house. Clean out gutters, Clean outside of gutters to remove water stains.
