 + -1 moreLee Lighting were excellent. They were very good. I had no issues. The people were very professional and very helpful. Everything went great. I plan to go back to get the chandelier for the dining room.

 + -1 moreDrove from Belmont to Pineville to purchase lights. Had to drive back to days later to pick them up. Nothing was in stock in the store. Paid an electrician to install lights. One was a returned item that was missing a part. I drove back to Pineville to exchange the light for another. Had to pay the electrician a second time to come back and install the light again. I complained to the store and they refused to do anything about it. They just said "sorry". Not sure that I would go back to them again for future purchases. That should have discounted the light since I had to drive back over twice and pay the electrician a second time.
Description of Work: Bought several very nice light fixtures. Had to go back again to pick them up. Nothing was available when purchased.

Description of Work: We have purchased many fixtures from Lee Lighting in the past 2 years and have always been very pleased with the products and the sales department, finding them helpful and not pushy! We haven't had a reason to test their customer service department until our most recent purchase on January 15, 2013, which went smoothly until our electrician discovered he was unable to make the fixture hang straight. After notifying our sales representative, who requested we provided them with email photos of the fixture, she assured me that they would make it right by sending one of their servicemen out to see if he could straighten it. She told me that if he couldn't, he would replace it with a new one which had to be ordered first, from Atlanta. The service department scheduled an appointment for him to come, at my convenience. The service manager even phoned me to make sure it had been scheduled, and told me that they had ordered two fixtures, just to make certain it would be right. I was very impressed! When the serviceman arrived today, February 4, 2013, he determined that there was a manufacturing defect, and replaced it with a new one. Everyone was very professional and polite throughout the experience. We will happily recommend and purchase from them again!

 + 0 morePurchased 2 lamps with leather shades. The leather shades had paint all over them (one was worse than the other). Didn't get a discount cause they were on sale, the saleslady tried to pick off the paint. Bought 4 gorgeous sconces. When unpacked one, it was missing a crystal. Was told there was another sconce. There was one left when I purchased the sconce. The next day was told there was no other. Don't believe it. Was given a semi-matching crystal. Bought a kitchen island light. The individual lights were souldered crooked. Did manage to bend them a little. Bought an expensive matching foyer light. It was broken. Manager talked to me as though I was a moron. We took the light back and did manage to get the store model and they did say they would order us another afer I complained about the bad quality of the products I had purchased there. Will not buy anything else there. I believe they were not interested in helping me because I purchased the items in October for a foreclosure house and was not able to use it then since the foreclosures went off the market. Picked a new house and used the lighting in the new house so there was a couple month delay from purchase to installation.
Description of Work: I had good help in the showroom. Jennifer actually found me some great sconces that worked out nicely.
