Kale Lawn Care

Jeff was very quick to respond to my inquiry and schedule a visit to discuss the project and design. He was extremely knowledgeable about what would work with the space and how to coordinate the styles and colors. The crew arrived exactly on schedule, they discussed the transplanting of some existing shrubs and perennials and advised on best placement for proper sun. The entire team was very polite and professional. All work was completed in one day. The result is absolutely beautiful and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The front yard is a complete transformation which looks amazing and will be easy to maintain in the future. We would definitely recommend them to our neighbors and we plan to call them when we're ready to do the backyard.

I flew to Florida to pick up a whole body vibration machine that my dad had in his apartment at an assisted living facility. I drove it back to Charlotte, and realizing that it was heavier than I had expected, I did not know anyone that would be able to assist me with it last minute (I needed to get the rental back by 9:30) . I got on Angie's List to see if any movers would be able to help me out. I found one but they lived on the north side and I live on the south side. I then thought to call Jeff Kale since he and his team have always been there for me with my lawn service, I knew he lived close and has multiple men on his team. When I called I explained my dilemma to see if he knew anyone that I might be able to call. He was short handed and had a full day but he wanted to help me. I told him I was going to call 311 and see if they had any ideas. I called the non emergency number and was told to just go outside and ask around my neighborhood. I called Jeff back and he said he would be out by 8:45! WOW! WOW! WOW! I think it is pretty amazing when you reach out to someone (not even in the moving business) and they come to your home to give you a hand! Kale Lawn Care really showed me just how much they CARE! The men brought the machine in and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Jeff even refused the cash I offered for coming all the way over to my home and lift a heavy machine just for me!!!! I cannot thank him enough!!!! Jeff and his team are the kind of people you want in your life taking care of your needs. By the way, did I mention his company is not a moving comapany but a lawn service??? And a great service.... they have always done a FABULOUS job on my yard and I can't wait to get more work done this year! They are always thorough and on time and I have always been well taken care of. If I ever had a question they always returned my calls promptly!!! What more can one ask for? Great service. Interim report: Jeff Kale and an associate we're at my house within a week of my inquiry, exactly as scheduled. We discussed my goals and the quote arrived less than 5 working days subsequently. I have ok'd the work in the back yard and will report subsequently. I have requested additional details of some aspects of scope of supply. The lead time for starting is 4-6 weeks and some planting activities were recommended to be timed to the season.

Jeff and his team did just that without breaking our bank and now I am writing this a year later with one of the best lawns in our neighborhood. Kale leveled the terrain, seeded and fertilized the new lawn and added mulch in the boarder areas. Once the grass grew in it was good but now that it has had a year to grow; WOW. Like I said, best backyard in the neighborhood. Also, Jeff is very responsive in his emails and listens to what you want before adding his ten cents. We still use them for our fertilizing needs.

Jeff was super responsive and easy to work with. He was on time, and honored his appointments. I was very happy with the work they did in our yard and can certainly recommend him. I felt like he was the most responsive and professional landscaper I reached out, and his prices were very reasonable.

Jeff came out personally to provide us a quote for the work only a few days after contacting him. He then gave us a date for the work and his crew showed up on that day and at the specified time. They completed the work in half a day and did a phenomenal job. When we had some concerns about some tree roots in our backyard he came back out the next day to inspect the potential issue. The yard looks incredible! The best thing about Jeff Kale is how prompt he is in responding to your calls and emails - he possesses a very high level of professionalism that is very rare, and because of that I will continue to use his services. I can't say enough positive things about Jeff and his crew and I highly recommend them!

Kale Lawn Care took over cutting, edging and fertilizing my yard about a year ago. It has never looked better! Jeff's team has done an amazing job turning our patchy yard into one where we get regular compliments. I highly recommend them.

They came out to give me an estimate on tree removal. They were extremely nice, and I scheduled with them to get the work done, but they have yet to provide me with their insurance information, which I had requested. I would love to work with them, but won't start work with them until they get me that information.

Several years ago, my sister, who lives in Fairfax Virginia, hired Kale Lawn Care to do some yard clean-up and mulching at my parent's house here in Charlotte. They completed the concrete work in a professional and timely manner and the workmanship is EXCELLENT. Their pricing is extremely competitive, but that doesn't mean much unless the quality is there.....and it absolutely is with Kale. I am so pleased with what they have done for us so far, that today, I am starting a landscaping project with Kale Lawn Care. They do a great job and we'll definitely stay with them. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and is very easy to work with. They typically finish the yard in about 10-15 minutes and I'd recommend them to neighbors! A- in responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism.

Jeff was incredibly easy to work with including quickly answering questions via email. We recently moved into our home with a yard full of thinning weeds, rocks and dry dirt. All in a day his guys removed all the above, installed sod, multiple shrubs and mulch beds. They say curb appeal is everything and we got that and then some. Our yard definitely sticks out on our street!

This is the best lawn care service I have dealt with. The owners are very responsive and have great customer service. The staff is friendly, fast and clean. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

I pay a monthly fee of $190. They are an all inclusive type of lawn service. They will trim the bushes, put down fertilizer in addition to cutting the grass. The interaction with them is very good.

We would definitely recommend Kale Lawn Care to anyone in need of landscaping work. Jeff was very professional and friendly, provided fast service and had the most creative design for our property not to mention the most fairly priced. Excellent work doing the lawn cutting and pruning.They came out on short notice to clean up a mess of shrubbery and I was most impressed with the quality of shaping. I would definitely recommend the service.
