Fantastic job, Jeff gave us great advice, easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Rude and unprofessional! My wife set up an appointment to meet with Mr. Kale at 5pm. He showed up and 4pm and was very upset that we weren't home yet. Our cleaning lady was there and asked for his card or a message she could pass on to us. I came home shortly there after. I called him immediately to talk about it. He was very defensive and wouldn't let me talk. He keep saying that he was a professional and a very busy man with many jobs to do. Finally, I said to him, "Let's assume for the moment that my wife and I got the time wrong. Why didn't you call us?" He shot back,"I'm a busy man and I didn't write down your phone number." I replied "You're a professional and you didn't have time to write down our phone number?! On top of that, you were here at my home. You could've asked the cleaning lady to have us call you." Rather than apologizing, he returned to "Look! I'm a busy man and I don't have time for all this." He hung up on me.

The quality that Jeff brings is far superior than that of the last landscaping service I used. He is prompt, courteous and very accomodating. He is also very meticulous and proud of this company and that shows in his work.

I love this service. The workers come every week without fail, and they do a quick, thorough job. The few times I have had questions or concerns, they listened well, and were very responsive. I am scheduled for year-round service, including seeding/aeration in the fall, so I'll likely submit a report after that happens, but Kale has been my service for about 4 months so far, and I already see a difference in my lawn.

Jeff Kale did a great job for me. He is responsive, professional and the quality of his work is top notch. He met me at my house when it was convenient for me and walked the yard to give me his opinion and an estimate. There was no pressure to "sign up" for things I did not want. But he had advice for me when I asked his opinion. He does a great job and I would recommend him to anyone needing someone to care care of their lawn/yard.

Jeff promptly returned my initial call and scheduled a day to come out and give me an estimate after I got home from work. My gate was a bit narrow to allow entrance into my back yard but Jeff checked and determined that his equipment could come through the back gate although he would have to come through my neighbor's yard to get there. He suggested that we get the neighbor's permission, which we did and then agreed on a $35 per week cut, trim and cleanup weekly each Friday, but gave me the option of extending the timeframes to bi-weekly as I needed or desired with just a phone call to him. His company has now come for the past three weeks and I am very pleased with his services.

They do a wonderful job maintaining my yard each week. After their first visit I couldn't believe that it was my yard, such a difference. Jeff is always quick to respond to any questions and I've been very happy with their work the last couple of months.

I called Jeff for a estimate for yearly contract for my yard. Jeff was very professional, easy to understand and a good communicator. He was on time and went over exactly what the monthly price included and what it did not include.

It was great. They got here on time. They worked until they got the job completed. I would recommend them to anybody. We will use them again.

Jeff is great to work with! I initially contacted Jeff for just our lawn, but soon moved onto our landscape project. He had plenty of ideas, but was also very open to my ideas. We went to the nursery and picked out plants I liked and then worked them into the plans. The day everything was installed was great, it went so smoothly. It was like a total backyard makeover! All the plants look great and healthy, remember we had them installed in the heat of August. A few weeks later we did the walkway and that came out great as well. Bottom line Kale lawn Care does a great job.

Jeff was very professional and responsive. Came out the same day I called for a quote and under-bid three other quotes. He did extactly what we agreed to at exactly the time I asked. His crew worked very quickly and did a good job. I can't ask for anything more. Now he's my go-to-guy for all things lawn.

They usually show up on time and I have never had to call them to do a job over or to bring light to an issue. They do the job properly, and the price we pay monthly is reasonable. I will continue to use this company in the future.

They did a good job overall. There was one area that needed more trimming and he came back quickly to do that. He was obvious he prided himself on doing quality work.

Jeff and his crew arrived when they said they would and did everything that was discussed. The crew would ask my opinion with every new part they undertook - just to make sure I was happy with how things were going abd what the next step was. They completed 'Phase I' in a day (I kept adding things I wanted in!) and gave me a date to come back and start on the next phase.

Jeff's crew do a great job at a very reasonable price. He is quick to respond to my calls with any additional requests or if something wasn't done to my liking. He will work to resolve any problems or re-do work if necessary to ensure my satisfaction.

Note: I've been using them for about a year now. So, I have a pretty good feel for their work and service. They do an awesome job! They are very open to feedback and avoid mowing over vines and such that are marked. A couple of times they weedwacked some of my saplings (removing chunks of the their trunks) and mowed over a newly marked and seeded flower bed. After mentioning the issues to my contact (Jeff Kale), the issue was resolved. Jeff is very open to feedback and will work with you to ensure that what you want done is done. They do a far better job than other companies that I have tried and they charge far less than those other companies did. If you want great lawn care I recommend Kale Lawncare.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. JEFF KALE IS EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE KIND OF BUSY THIS SUMMER. THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING WORK DONE, BUT THAT WAS ONLY TEMPORARY.

THE LAWN IS CUT AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT. IT IS NOT GREAT, BUT THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND JEFF IS VERY EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH.
