Kale Lawn Care

Description of Work: I was in desperate need of some attention for my yard and Kale Lawn Care did a fantastic job! My hedges needed trimming, a tree needed pruning, I was ready to be rid of and replace a large prickly holly, all of the area needed mulch, some permanent edging was needed along my porch, and I really wanted some fall flowers in the beds in the front. Jeff was prompt with everything from receiving my initial call to showing up for the estimate to completing the work. I was not at home when the work was completed so it was like arriving after the yard gnomes had completed a transformation! My neighbors were pleased as well and have already asked me for the contact information for Kale Lawn Service! We are already planning additional work for the yard and I look forward to keeping my space looking nice going forward with Jeff's help!

Description of Work: Our home was going to be on the Dilworth Home Tour and was badly in need of curb appeal and refreshed landscaping. Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job through great ideas, worked within our timeline and budget and really came through for us with an outstanding end product that we were proud to show off on the tour. We would highly recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone in need of landscaping.

Description of Work: We contacted Kale for an estimate and they were very prompt and responsive. We ended up doing the work ourselves but had we hired a professional we would have gone with Kale. Their customer service and follow up is very good.

Description of Work: Kale Lawn Care do fertilizing and stuff like that. They came out every other Tuesday to do some lawn fertilization and some lawn and yard work.

Description of Work: They provide us with a monthly service. They fertilize our lawn and irrigate it. They tidy up the leaves and keep it looking nice.

Description of Work: similar to others, we had to request and help direct some services. His father did help me on short notice, however, with a tree down. The equipment left areas of lawn bare, so I had to end the service.

Description of Work: This month it will be one year that i am using them for my full lawn care. They good on cutting/ mowing but caring for other trees and shurbs not good. i have to tell them its time for trimming small trees. if bush or tree dying, then you have to something by yourself. weed controll was on my contract but i have to tell them that weeds are comming back then they spray weed controll. bottom line is you have to guid them what to do. As i said they good on mowing only.i am planning to hire new one.

Description of Work: Called to ask them to come out-he said the only reason he answered was that he thought it may be one of his crew members calling, and that I caught hin off gaurd, and could I call back another day.....so I will not be calling him back!

Description of Work: I have been using Jeff and his team since the start of the year to maintain my lawn/landscaping and have been very pleased. He is extremely prompt in following up on items/questions - even returning calls/emails on weekends. The quality of his service has been top notch and his prices competitive.

Description of Work: Initial big cleanup, shrub trim, edge, leaf removal, weed control......basically a huge initial cleanup of my property after six months or so of neglect on my part due to work demands. I have subsequently signed an annual contract with them for maintenance throughout the year. Very responsive on the initial contact and quote. Very professional. First rate work so far. They just completed the first few regular maintenance visits and are doing a very good job. After the first visit, I called Jeff with some feedback and requests that were addressed on subsequent visits. From the initial contact on, Jeff has been responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
