It all started out well. One person was very good and helpful as far as picking up plants and coordinating things. The problem started with the guys who came out to plant the shrubs and flowers. The guy who was doing the work with his crew was pretty rude. Some of the plants he planted were not the ones I purchased. When I asked him about it he pooh-poohed me on it. After he left I checked the tags I found out it was in fact the wrong plants. When I called them about it they were nasty. There is a warranty on them so I called them because some of the plants had died. They sent the same guy out to replace them and he was just as nasty as he was the previous time. I have seen them on TV. Somebody called action 9 one of the TV complaints lines and complained about the same to them. The owner is an older gentleman and he was also very rude. When they came out to replace the plants they did not show up as scheduled. I called him and he started to wallowing about their schedule had got off and had machines break down. So I told him that he could have at least informed me about it and things got ugly from there.

Terrific! Better than our landscaping contractor would have done and they would have charged us 50% more for the trees alone let alone the planting. Growers Retail Outlet used SEVERAL large bags of rich black top soil in each hole. They added fertilizer and covered each shrub/tree with several bags of Pine Bark. WELL WORTH the cost of adding 100% to the tree price when considering the quality method they used. They also used a large gasoline powered auger to make the root ball holes very large to allow for root growth. There are trees in the neighborhood not planted as well already dying and ours have 6 to 8 inches of fresh growth just between March, 2008 and July 2008! ONLY NEGATIVE: They were supposed to arrive in the morning and instead came in mid-late afternoon, cutting things too close for us with other work being done the next day. Having to wait all day when we had work crews that got sent home for other work was not part of what we had expected.
