Description of Work: I moved from charlotte to florida it was the best move I have ever had . My crue members were mike jordan and todd they was very nice and professional Mike made sure that I had a good understanding of the paperwork and charges .... job well done Mike and Todd would request these guys again..

Description of Work: Awesome movers. Moved from MS to NC. Friendly and very professional. Great rates. Nothing broken, missing etc. you can also request same movers for both pick up and delivery (which we did). Even toured facilities prior and was very impressed.

Description of Work: We have used Easy Movers twice in the last 60 days; once to move furniture to storage and secondly to move our goods to Virginia.

Description of Work: Moving from a house to a condo, downsizing. Prepacked boxes myself. Only needed help with moving the boxes and larger furniture. They were several hours late. Went very slowly so they could use up all the time allowed for move. Could have been done much faster. Was not finished until midnight. I would not have asked for a refund, but I sure would have liked to have had some of the time back. The movers and the job itself was fine. But could have been a much better experience.

Description of Work: Overall the team did a good job. The one thing that we were not happy about was the time. We received a quote for 8-10 hours of work. We asked how to insure it was closer to 8 and were told if we moved all our art and closets that would lessen the time. We moved all clothes and art and other odds and ends including 2 flat screen tvs. The lead mover kept telling me things were almost done but there wasn't much happening at the end of the pack up. Then at the new house we finally jumped in and started moving things to speed things up. The guys seemed eager to get moving, but the lead man kept wanting to slow the pace.

Description of Work: My husband and I used this company a total of 3 times. The first two times, they were great. The last time, they were late, only sent two guys instead of the three that I had scheduled. One of the two was an older gentleman that couldn't really move fast or lift heavy items. When the third guy FINALLY showed up, he moved extremely slow and stayed on his cell phone the entire time of our move. Needless to say, I complained that day and the company helped me out with the cost, but we were disappointed b/c we had used them in the past with no complaints.

Description of Work: I contacted Easy Mover about a small job to move some furniture around in my office. I spoke with Carrie and sent pictures and she was going to call me back the next day when the estimator was back in the office. I never heard back with an estimate or a call or email saying it was not a good fit. A bit disappointing. Carrie was very nice on the phone.

Description of Work: They were late they day they moved us. Therefore when they finally got to our new location, it was so late that they did not check to make sure they had gotten all our boxes. We lost two boxes ,one who content could not be replaced. We called 5 times before we got a response . Then they only offered $100 per box . When the contents of both boxes were well over thousands. They also broke the leg off my antique display cabinet and the slate out of one of my end table. We have not been able to settle the amount even thought we paid for extra insurance up to $60,000. The last thing we found out was they did not pack two cabinets in our kitchen and did not pack the clothes in our coat closets. Overall it was a horrible experience. Would never use them again or recommend them. They do not call back or respond to you questions.

Description of Work: We used them to move house (appliances, furniture and tons of boxes) from Charlotte to clover - they showed up about 10 minutes early to get an idea of what needed to be done, and then worked hard the whole time! It was exhausting watching them. They moved the fridge at the new house to make room for the one we brought, laid down pads to protect the floors, wrapped everything well, and overall just did a great job in less than the time quoted. Would have put everything where we wanted it (if we had known where we wanted things) They were super polite and super professional. They definitely made it easy for us. Cost about $575 including 1 hour travel time.

Estimate and cost were a spot in match and the stayed until the job was done! Thanks to Don, Rory, and his crew. You will not be disappointed if you decide on this group!
