Description of Work: After multiple discussions about moving us across the country they left me a voicemail saying they would not be able to do this. It may be that they are not prepared for long distance moving. I was disappointed that they would not work with me to make the move and I was disappointed that they thought it was ok to decline with a voicemail.

Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal for moving materials with a 2 bedroom move package.

Description of Work: Moved my 1 bedroom apt from Charlotte, NC to Houston, TX. The guys were nice, however I felt they were very slow. It took nearly 4 hours each time-- both with loading and unloading, and all I have is a 1 bed apt. Everything was already packed so it shouldn't have taken that long. The good thing about them was they were significantly cheaper than other companies for a cross-country move, and they got my things to me in 5 days which was sooner than most places.

Description of Work: Horrible. Two hours late. Took a long time to load the short list. Damaged furniture during delivery to new residents. Banged walls with furniture. And all they kept saying was take a picture the quoted price was not what with Asfoor at the end of service

Description of Work: Easy Movers helped me move from my house into an apartment while my new house is being built. Overall the quality of the work was good but I did have a couple of issues that I was not expecting: |1- The quote that they provide was much lower than the actual cost. I believe part of the problem was the fact that they sent me a team of 3 men from which 1 was a trainee. Not only did he not know what to do, he needed the help of the other two to get things done, which overall resulted in a lot inefficiencies. |2- When they gave me the quote, they failed to tell me that they can not take apart a treadmill. So eventually they sent me a technician to do that but had to pay him an additional $150. | |Apart than that, the men were really nice and professional. I will use easy movers again, as long as no one on the team they send me is a trainee.

Description of Work: From atlanta ga to west bloomfield mi. They ruined my furniture. Everything was damaged, expensive high quality furniture. They were late all through the move which also upset our schedule, but the damage was heartbreaking!

Description of Work: They moved all major furniture, boxes and my piano. The crew left out a couple of charges on the bill that accounting called me to reconcile. The final bill was still less than the estimate.

Description of Work: They moved me from on side of Charlotte to another. The move went with no hitches. Their policy is no surfaces of the furniture are to be moved until wrapped in a blanket. I had 3 guys move me it took about 7 hours. In the end not a single scratch, no issues nothing went wrong. These guys are great they know what they are doing.

Description of Work: They were efficient and professional. We had to say something to one of the guys about being on his cellphone (since we were paying by the hour) and he apologized and doubled his efforts. I would absolutely use them again. They did a great job within the time quoted.

Description of Work: This was a last minute call for pickup and storage of a household. I had packed majority of items. Movers showed up 4 hours later than scheduled, but worked tirelessly till 2 a.m. to get all items in truck. Will have items delivered on 10 April and would like to provide an addendum to this review at that time.

Description of Work: Easy Movers was very professional. They came to our house prior to the move to give us an estimate and came very close in actual price. The crew was fantastic, worked quickly and safely non-stop for approx 6 hours. Unfortunately, it rained on our moving day and they worked with us to ensure nothing got soaked. I was amazed that they had completed a move that morning and still had the energy to move triple dressers up a flight of stairs! In the end, only one piece of furniture was slightly damaged. I would highly recommend their services.
