I hired a truck with 5 guys to make the job go fast. But only 4 guys showed up, and the 5th guy took 5 hours to arrive. As a result the job didn't get done until past midnight. They disassembled my large wall bed unit but then re-assembled it without properly connecting one of the lights. Rory promised to come back and finish it, but never did. They also failed to properly quote some charges, and overbilled me for one (I did eventually get a credit). They were very responsive before the job, but very unresponsive during and after.

Easy Movers is exactly what they are. Have moved many times and they were the best of the best. They were on time, efficient, wrapped furniture extensively and handled boxes carefully. Nothing was harmed or broken in anyway. They were courteous, kind, helpful and generous with their time. I highly recommend them and will always be the first company that I call.

Due to jobs, have moved about 7 times in my career and gladly say that Easy Movers was by far the nicest, most dependable, efficient, pleasant company/employees I have ever worked with. They were on time, worked non-stop, did a fantastic job of wrapping securely my furniture and valuables. They were on time, communicated well via phone and did everything they said they would do. Stuck to their estimate that had been provided and never wavered or tried to get additional monies. Trustworthy people which is hard to find. They took necessary time to load the truck properly for the most secure transport and nothing was damaged or broken. What a miracle. If I ever move again, there is no doubt I will hire that team of qualified people and trust them completely. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience! Wonderful team effort and all workers were extremely polite! Even washed the coffee cups out that I made them coffee in. Every item was carefully padded and wrapped for a short move into our garage for a floor refinish job. They were excellent. Would highly recommend.

The job went well from start to finish. Overall value was good. Moved whole household from larger house to smaller townhouse. No damage to our belongings. Would use them again.

It went well. We provided food, snacks, liquids during their transferring our home items to the new place. Very personable movers. Office management was VERY helpful. I would definitely recommend This company to anyone who asks.

They did a great job loading and moving our goods. No furniture or pieces were damaged. The guys were polite and got the job done in a timely manner. Would definitely hire them if needed to move again.

Crew arrived almost 30 mins late. We were not notified. Nor were we informed that we would not have the crew of three as contracted. Only two came, slowing down the move which had an hourly fee above the base price. The men were courteous. The office staff was easy to work with.

Movers were very professional and helpful at every turn. We recommend them.

Easy Movers were awesome!!! I called on a Friday and moved was scheduled for Tuesday. They were honest with the estimate and I actually paid less than quoted. Great team!!

The moving crew, led by Terry Pittman, Sr., was excellent. They were courteous, professional and caring. Terry made everything work and his entire team - Savon Pittman, Tim Ford, Carlos Perez, who helped load, and Kenny Silas who helped unload were great. Many thanks to them all for their efforts! We did have some issues with the office and the communications once we had chosen Easy Movers. But these were dealt with over a couple of weeks and were resolved respectfully. I think there were too many people involved in the office and communications were not shared. Anyhow, the net result was positive and the overall move was effective - thanks in large part to Terry and his attitude and leadership. We would use Easy Movers again and recommend them to others. I have used Easy Movers twice and it has always been a fantastic experience. The team is professional and courteous. They wrapped and packed my furniture and I never once worried about my pieces being damaged. They even came to my home to give a free assessment for cost so there were no surprises the day of the move. What was quoted was what I paid. I highly recommend this company for moving.

I had taken care of my daughter’s piano for years and finally decided to ship it to her from where I was living in the mountains of NC to her apt in Chicago. I treasured the piano very much and was really worried it would not get there in the same condition. Easy Mover’s were the only company who really worked with me on price. They followed up with me after their quote and called to confirm pick up and drop off locations. I lived in a house on a hill and they took the time to completely cover the piano with packing material and very carefully put it on a ramp and got it onto their truck. They then tied the piano once on the truck. I felt like I was turning over my first born child and they treated it like a newborn. They arrived in Chicago exactly at the time they estimated. They managed to get the piano up an alley and into my daughter and her boyfriend’s place. He sent me a photo once it was delivered. I cried tears of joy when I saw the photo! He said the delivery guys were pros and handled it with the same special care. The delivery of the piano was a big surprise for my daughter and I cannot tell you the enormous gratitude my daughter felt when she walked in and saw her childhood piano sitting in her living room. Easy Mover’s are the best piano movers you will find. I am really thankful for their service and highly, highly recommend them for your piano move.

The moves and storage when very well. There were some small items damaged and the leg off of one chair was broken off. The chair was repair very quickly by an very experienced person. You cannot see where the leg was put back on the chair.

It went well. The men were pleasant and basically did a good job. There were two things damaged...the wheel was broken off of an antique table and the threshold of my front door was broken.

The team from Easy Movers were very prompt and professional in our move from Ballantyne to the Lake Norman area. Carlos and the team took great care in making sure our furniture was prepared to arrive damage-free and all boxes were moved and accounted for. Very good moving experience overall, thank you!

It went well. The salesperson who came to evaluate my items and the office staff were great. The packers did a great job. There were 3 movers and they did a pretty good job. There were a few scratches on furniture that I thought should have been avoided since it was all padded. The movers also broke the leg on my dresser and I found out about it sometime later. It's possible that they might not have known they broke it, but I think they probably knew when it happened. Since the issues were small I still gave the experience an overall good rating.

This was an out of town move from a 3,000 square foot to a 4,000 square foot house. These movers were so nice and incredibly hard working. They were very careful with our things and also careful not to damage the walls or floors. They came in under the estimated price. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

I needed to move from Arlington VA to Atlanta GA. We were assigned the cargo elevator for only 4 hours, and the moving team was there right on time. We agreed to certain amount and even though my load was a little heavy; they did not charge me extra. In fact, Easy Mover's was $1500 less than the competition, and did a great job. Thanks to the team!
