From the initial estimate to the end of the move, everyone I dealt with at Easy Movers was pleasant, professional, considerate, and timely. I didn't have a single problem or issue with the whole process (unlike moves with other moving companies in the past), and I thought their price was fair. I would definitely hire them again.

The team at Easy Movers was fantastic to work with. From the moment I started getting the quote I could tell this was going to be a good team to work with. Their packing team was fast and professional. The team loading up our stuff and unloading at our new house was friendly and very communicative throughout the whole process. I really hope I never have to move again, but if I was moving from the Charlotte area I’d go with Easy Movers again.

Carlos and his boys were great. Not only so polite but also so professional. The move was not easy, as I have big furniture and they took a lot of care in wrapping everything and moving it all carefully. They were easy to work with and nothing I asked was too much. They went up and above as far as I am concerned. I would highly highly recommend them. I had a terrible experience with two men and a truck last year when I moved and hope you all stay away from them and only use Easy Movers.....they are the best!!!!!! It started from the first phone call I made to the office and how easy they made the arrangements for me.

Easy Movers were very courteous throughout the entire process. They were professional and listened to our needs. They moved our furniture with care without damage.

They were fantastic. Came on time I had a very difficult move as I had a stairlift at my new house they went out of their way to make sure all my furniture and belongings were taken care of. They had to hand carry everything because of the stairway being blocked. And my move came in at exactly what I was quoted. I’d highly recommend them

A very professional crew showed up on time after a courtesy call that they were on the way and the anticipated ETA. All my items were disassembled as needed, carefully packed, transported and reassembled as needed. At each location the crew double checked behind themselves to insure no trash (tape, plastic, etc) was left behind. Before completing the move, they insured that all my furniture was appropriately placed and didn't need any further adjustment in it's place. Definitely would hire them again as from the staff in the office to the crew that does the work, nothing but exceptional work. They all made a very stressful time much less stressful for me. Excellent customer service both by Gena over the phone and the movers. We were under a bit of a time crunch and the movers actually called and showed up earlier than expected. They were courteous, quick and made sure everything was packed/wrapped just so. I definitely recommend this company!

Speaking with the owner and staff was a fantastic experience, at the beginning before the move happened, so of course, I expected a tremendous, worry-free move. After all, everything checked out as far as reviews. I'd done everything right, down to getting an estimate with someone physically looking at the house. They'd said it was a 6-hour move start to finish and not anything more, so that's the move amount they were quoting. Once the three movers got there - DonLaess(sp?), LaVoris, DeWayne R. - and found out I was utterly alone in Charlotte and had beautiful things; however, that's when the pleasant experience ended and turned into a nightmare. I suddenly was walking on eggshells the entire time with the movers. I tried to make friendly conversation with them the whole time and would apologize if I got in their way to ease their tension and hostility. I even told them I'd cover for them with the new damage they did to the high-end Pergo floor with my refrigerator (have documented video). I also gave them a like-new stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispenser and a shoe holder for free once we got to the destination. Once there, they took an extremely long time bringing my items to my home. They would all disappear for up to 30 minutes at a time. Earlier during the move, the driver yelled at me, "I'm taking care of my baby brother!" and gestured to one of the workers. After 8 hours they got finished just 15 minutes after they decided to start bringing the rest of the items upstairs. The driver was blocking me from going downstairs to check the truck, and this intimidated me into quietly and quickly signing. I have found that my 90" tall $296 lamp is gone (documenting this lamp in the video the night before the move). Many boxes had been opened and re-marked with the same tape and marker but different handwriting. The box I had kept to the side with the markers and tape I was using for packing the food had ended up with the movers before I could say anything about it. I called the owner (Don Reid) of Easy Movers to complain about what I was finding. Don told me something about how I was mistreating the movers as being the reason they robbed me. I was beyond shocked as I had been extremely kind to them. I gave them a refrigerator and shoe holder that I could have sold, and covered for their substantial damages to the floor! Don had since claimed that he wasn't thinking well when he was speaking with me on the phone since three family members died recently. After this experience, I am not sure I believe it's true or has impacted him as hard as he wants to play it off as. I will never use these movers again and would not recommend them to anyone moving alone in here Charlotte.

We have moved 3 times in the last 9 months and this was by far the best company. The staff was flexible and understanding when we had to push our move back. Gbota, Rodney, and Tim F. arrived on time and we ready for the job. They were a great team who were hardworking as well as very professional and personable. We have no reservations in recommending Easy Movers and the team that moved us.

Third time using Easy Movers to transport some furniture items between two local locations. Each time, they are professional, careful, super pleasant, and efficient. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Your guys were great and extremely professional. It was a tough job and they were always upbeat and positive. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition. Your pricing was more than fair when compared to your competition. We give Easy Movers our highest rating and and recommendation.

It went very well. Don Reid and his team answered my many questions and scheduled the move when needed. They arrived in Florida as promised, packed and loaded one day, drove the next day and delivered the third day in NC, as agreed. There was no damage and no lost items. Carlos and his helper put all the furniture where and how we requested it. When the bed was too high with one set of legs, they took it apart and put it back together with the lower legs, without complaint. It was nice to use a moving company that was local, with personalized service. We would use them again.

The guys were really good and worked really **** ** a very hot day.

They were supposed to build a crate for my massive granite table and arrive between 1 and 4:00. Additional items to move: six dining chairs, leather lounge chair, glass coffee table. They showed up in the morning at the same exact time I had another moving company moving items to my beach house! AND NO CRATE although I was supposed to pAy $200 for them to build it! They three guys had NO IdEA how to move the table. Most of their time wAs spent on the phone with main office discussing. Awful! Then the head office sent over two additional men, but the initial three guys already found a way to move it between the three of them so that was a total waste. In addition, I had to pay the two hour minimum, plus the ridiculous “travel fee” well over a hundred dollars, and of course a tip for the three guys who will forever have back issues! NOT PROFESSIONAL! Would NOT hire. But, the three movers who didn’t expect to move such a heavy table, were very polite.

From start to finish Easy Movers were great to work with! From the beginning on getting a quote until the actual move it could not have gone smoother. The moving guys worked in 98 degree temperatures and never slowed down. They loaded us one day and moved us in the next. Always very professional and friendly.

I selected Easy Movers as my mover based on reviews I had seen. I am not sure how the reviews are positive as this company has been nothing but terrible to deal with. I paid the movers to pack special items, including pictures, that arrived completely shattered and scratched. Additionally, my dresser and ottoman were damaged en route, my bed was split when the movers tried to re-set up my bed and an item was completely lost. The administrative function has followed in the movers’ footsteps, nickel and diming me, failing to honor a full replacement value insurance policy that I paid an extra $184 for and outright ignoring me for over three weeks (Kadean Garrison and Dan Tehaan both have not responded to my messages). To date the Company has reimbursed me $0. Keep in mind all of this is for a studio apartment; imagine the damage they could do on a full house. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this headache.

I’ve hired Easy Movers several times & cannot day enough good things about them. They take great care with your belongings. Movers are professional & respectful. They work very hard to make moving as easy as possible on you!

Excellent! I've used these folks twice and will definitely hire them again when wen move. They're easy to work with, professional, fast, and friendly.

Both moves went very well. We used Angie's List to screen potential movers (that aspect of the process went very smoothly as well). Easy Movers and two other highly-rated companies were considered for the task. Easy Movers did not submit the least expensive estimate; however, they were the only company that could honor very tight pick up and delivery time windows thus were given the job. We had previously experienced several interstate corporate relocations by the major movers (Mayflower, Atlas, New World) and the much-smaller Easy Movers performed as well or better. Pickups and deliveries were made at the agreed-upon times and none of our household goods were damaged or lost. Easy Movers transportation personnel were professional and friendly as were office personnel, the latter exercising impressive customer relations skills by keeping us informed by phone and email throughout the entire process.

Very well. There was a minor issue but then the Owners response was way above expectation. So highly recommend them.

I booked with them for 3 men and a truck for 3/8/2019. They gave me a 1:00-3:00 arrival time. I took a day of vacation to make this move. They did not show up. They called me at 2:30 to say that had at least 2 hours on another job. The said they had no other crews they could send. They wasted my day of vacation and messed-up my move. This company is not reliable. This company is not recommended! Don’t let this happen to YOU!
