The service was excellent! Everyone was nice, and they were very good on what they did. Moving was not a fun job at all, but they acted like they enjoyed it and made it easy on me. They went out of there way to make sure I was okay.

The men were very professional and accommodating. They worked hard and were very careful not to hit walls or drag on new floors.

The move went very well. From getting a quote and scheduling to the actual move, Easy Movers met or exceeded all my expectations. They managed pickup from two locations in the Charlotte area and delivered to the Charleston, SC area without a hitch. All the furniture and other items were handled carefully. I used them before and will use them again!

They were great and I would highly recommend them. They were early, worked hard, very conscientious, and professional. If you need similar help give them a call.

Three men arrived in a timely fashion to load they had to go to two different locations in Charlotte and then transport my daughters household belongings including furniture all the way to Connecticut. They did that to arrive to her on the target date I had hoped for.

The move ended up being more complicated then we had expected and EZ Movers handled it all without any problems, We are all very pleased.

This is the second time I have used Easy Movers, and that was on purpose! Tim and Steve worked so well with us to get this move done. Tim is a great, efficient and organized leader. Steve was professional and friendly. The company also kept me informed about the move and kept me updated on plans of action during COVID-19. There is no doubt that I will recommend Easy Movers to friends and co-workers and if needed, will use them for a future local move for myself.

Awful experience. Showed up late, didn't call and let us know. Started off well enough when they got going. One member of crew would disappear for long stretches of time and reeked of weed. They knocked the feet off of a heavy dresser. I was willing to let that go as I could fix it myself later. Then they smashed a ceiling fan by lifting a piece of furniture into it while it was running. When they finally had everything packed, we set off on the 20 mile drive to our new home. They said they had to "get gas" and stopped to buy drinks and snacks for 15 minutes. They never purchased any gas. They drove 40 mph the whole way there to increase the amount of time the job would take. The reason being when you exceed the allotted time that they estimate for the job, you have to start paying a ridiculously high "over time" rate. When we arrived at our new home to unload, they slowed to crawl and the same crew member would still disappear for long periods. Finally my wife and I had to join in unloading the truck, stacking boxes in our garage and driveway just to try to finish the job before our time ran out. We busted our butts unloading the truck and barely got everything out in time to avoid having to pay extra. We had already paid $1300.00 and wasn't paying a cent more for this lousy job. I filed a claim with Easy Movers to pay for my ruined ceiling fan and got nothing but the run around for months. They never paid for it. Never again with this company!

Packing and storage were great. Won't know about the move until late May or early June, depending on path of the virus. Don and his staff were very responsive and patient and helpful. Claudine, who was in charge of packing while we were not there, was especially thoughtful in going room by room by video discussing with us what get's packed and how. Given we could not move our stuff to NY because of the Covid virus and our belongings had to be stored, an unexpected expense, Don has been great about working with us on letting us store our stuff for free for a month.

Excellent! Terry, Jamelle and Lavelle did an amazing job! Everything was wrapped and protected and they exceeded my expectations on time. Great team!

It went well. It took 3 hours. The workers were very efficient and courteous.

Great value. Would have spent by less if I had requested an additional move vs paying for 3 extra hours but overall happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Easy Movers gave us the best move we've ever had. We rescheduled our move with very little notice and they didn't bat an eye. On packing day, two trucks and a car of workers arrived timely and the guys never stopped moving. They inventoried everything and carefully wrapped all of our furniture, even pointing out some previous damage. Two days later, they arrived in FL and unloaded everything in a matter of hours. Upon completion, they had us inspect the trucks to be sure they were empty and even confirmed that they had placed everything where we wanted it. They even carted away all of the boxes we had unpacked! I can't remember all the names but Gary, Carlos, Terry and Rodney were friendly and happy, even singing while they worked! I highly recommend Easy Movers.

Our move was time sensitive with a lot of moving parts. Easy Movers were able to work withIn our schedule with very little lead time. They were responsive to our needs and made a hectic situation much less stressful.

They were excellent! They kept in contact at every step. They were very careful with our belongings so we had no damage. They had to make two delivery stops and arranged everything so the first stop was packed so it was easily accessible. They were efficient and professional.

It went great! Gena was great to work with even though it was not a big job. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Would highly recommend!

Easy Movers were the BEST!!!! They were punctual, polite, careful, neat and were extremely wonderful to deal with; we used EASY MOVERS in 2005 and made a note that if we ever had to move again, we would use EASY MOVERS.

This is by far the best moving company we've worked with. They were efficient, fair, and were so nice to work with. Other friends had used them twice and highly recommended them. Let's put it this way, nothing was broken or damaged and it didn't take all night! Add in some very nice folks and great pricing and you can't ask for more.
