Terrible. The mover was the grumpiest, most insensitive person I have ever met. He had zero customer service experience. He was about to drive off the truck before the job was finished because he was tired. I had to call the owner who yelled at the guy and told him to turn the engine off. ( BTW we were sweet as pie...buying snacks, gatorade and water.) They also left a lot of things and I did not even notice because the guy was so rude, I got so nervous. I literally had to hire another moving company to finish the job. I contacted the owner and the manager. The manager promised to follow-up, but never did. This company is terrible. dreadful!

I literally submitted a request and within 5 minutes Don called me and we set everything up! So EASY! Both Don and Lori kept me informed and answered any questions I had. Carlos and Frazier were the two men that actually moved my Dad's possessions and they were fantastic. Such a professional group to work with. Make your next move as easily as I did and call Easy Movers!

The crew was amazing!! They were very organized and worked extremely hard. They worked until the job was done and was very polite. They didn't scratch or damage one piece of furniture!! I would highly recommend them.!! They put every piece of furniture where we wanted it and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied.

Would never use nor recommend this company. I picked them because of all the good reviews on this site but am disappointed to report that they did not live up to those reviews. The staff are unprofessional and have poor communication within the company and with their customers. They mis-scheduled my in-home estimate appointment, asked personal questions about what I had packaged, constantly needed to use the restroom in my house, were late to the appointment to load my belongings, charged my credit card DAYS before my delivery without letting me know, was late to unloading my belongings and were understaffed. Do not use Easy Movers!

Everything went very smoothly. The supervisor, Carlos, was very accommodating and his men worked very hard the entire time. The owner, Don Reid, was very helpful and cooperative in every step of the process. His favorite thing to say was "your wish is my command" and he kept his word.

Well. Wonderful experience, excellent customer service. The crew (Zack, Savon, Lavoris) were very professional and friendly. They took care with moving our furnishing. We highly recommend this company

Excellent, straight As across the board. Pleasure to talk to the guys. They are very organized. They were extremely courteous. wrapped everything beautifully, didn't break anything. And they hurried up, they didn't take any brakes, they just did the job. You know it's and hourly charge so they did it efficiently.

They damaged one thing and then took it fixed and brought it back week later.

The gentlemen were very fast, and they packed my truck so well that there was so much extra room we probably could have gotten a smaller truck. I found them very quick and responsive. The movers came earlier than expected.

It went great! Zack, Maurice and Anthony were great to work with and were very professional. Would definitely work with them again.

The movers were incredible. I had great first impressions of Easy Movers, Inc. They were able to fit my move in during peak season. However, sadly my first great impression was not a lasting one. 1. The customer service is terrible, along with the internal communication at Easy Movers, Inc. My items were delivered over a week late. I was not informed of this delay and had to proactively reach out to Easy Movers, Inc. There is 0 communication between the operators, asking questions to someone that isn't your initial operator is pointless. Nor do they inform their co-workers customers of delays when they are on vacation. 2. Thankfully, I had a place to stay. If I did not, I would have had no bed to sleep on for over a week. Not to mention shower supplies, clothes, access to laundry, a kitchen. 3. Additionally, I planned my entire vacation around the delivery of my personal items and unpacking, but this did not happen. When the goods finally did arrive, I had to take extra time off of work. 4. When I called about my initial delay, they told me they could deliver on a Sunday/Monday. I travel for work and would be out of town. They made it seem like they were being so nice to deliver later in the week when I returned to down. (However, this did not stop them from calling TWICE to see if earlier in the week would work for delivery. Once again, highlighting, no internal communication) 5. I've been told on several occasions, I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours and never do. I have asked for a refund on the items I had to go out an repurchase due to the delay but was told this was not possible because the "price is binding". If the price on the contract is binding, shouldn't the date be? You cannot pick and choose what is binding (nor leave the "yes" box empty next to the word binding"). After our last discussions, I was once again told, I would receive a call back in 24-48 hours. It has been a week. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge.

The crew was great, they were on time and very professional. The owner was very fair, darian was on top of everything and the 2 guys that came to deliver the stuff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again myself. Top notch company

All prior moves were excellent -- one of which included storage and delivery of items which were to be transported to New York for delivery to a family member. All went well and my daughter stated that the deliverymen displayed the same courteous and professional service as I had received.

It went smoother than I had even hoped. The 2 men wrapped the furniture beautifully & were extremely careful.

They showed up on time and worked very quickly to get everything done. Everything was moved w/o incident. They were friendly and professional. Will hire again if necessary.

Cynthia Banks did well setting us up with Easy Movers on our Move and giving us an estimate with Glenn Cole it was close to the estimate. The Movers did a good job moving us and the small 1 percent packing services. This is our third move with Easy Movers and we think they are good at what you do.

Good overall, could have been great except for a few things

These are great folks to work with. Very friendly, from the first call through the move itself. The movers were careful with heavy furniture and my home. Very pleased with Easy Movers.

Great. Extremely professional and friendly staff. Arrived on time and finished the move in less time than estimated. Would definitely recommend.

Claudine and Leslie were very professional, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed, asked questions when necessary, worked well together, and were very pleasant to be around. I recommend them highly! Ross and his team worked hard to get the truck loaded, and when we needed to add a small trailer, stayed to load it also. The men were courteous, pleasant and hard-working. I recommend them highly also!

I would never use them again. They never finished the move. We sold our house and moved in with our daughter and had our stuff in a storage unit. That part of the move went fine. They went to the storage unit, loaded up and brought it to our new house. That day they started on my daughters house and they were suppose to finish it Saturday and they showed up late. They were suppose to be there first thing in the morning and they didn't get here until after lunch. At 8 or 9 o'clock that Saturday night they weren't finished, there was still a garage full of stuff and we just told them to leave. We'd had it and we moved the rest of the stuff ourselves with our friends. Not enough people came when they came to do the job, they kept telling me they were sorry, they had over booked, and they didn't have enough crews. The one man who came, the men that came to move were very nice, it wasn't their fault. The problem was with the management. The guy that came on Saturday ended up bringing his two sons.
