They were supposed to show up between 9:30 and 10:30. I called at 10:00 and was told that they were on their way. At 11:03, I called and was told they were on their way to my house again. No one even called to tell me they were late, so I cancelled their services. I would NEVER hire again. They didn't even return my $25.00 deposit.

They were on time, helped us pack and move, everything was fine and we are very satisfied.

On 08/01/18 we hired Easy Movers to move our furniture from an apartment and a storage unit to a new house. We could not be more please with the work that was done. The three movers were professional, courteous, and profiecent. They worked quickly and were very accommodating to all our requests. Everyone we talked to at Easy Movers, including office staff, were friendly and courteous. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to family and friends. They came on short notice, handled my furniture properly and were efficient.

I spoke with the representative on the phone and booked the move for the following week. She went over all the charges, set up the pre-move meeting, scheduled the time for the move and took my credit card information to hold the date/time. All this went well and was handled professionally. Several hours later, I received an email saying that the booked appointment time was not available-- no apology, no attempt to explain, just a note saying they could do it the following morning. Knowing they had inconvenienced me, they made no attempt to work with me when I told them I couldn't do the following morning but could do that afternoon. When I questioned why they had booked the time and taken my credit card number, they said someone else had booked the time first and that they would shred my credit card information. Very disorganized and unprofessional way to run a business. I must say I was very disappointed in a company that supposedly had so many positive reviews.

The move went well. I have rated this company excellent in all categories except professionalism due to one individual. When the movers arrived to my home, one of the individuals proceeded to let me know the cost of the move did not include gratuity. He also seemed to work at his own pace turning a 2 hour move into 4.5 hours. After talking with the owner, I am convinced this is not normal practice. The owner did everything in his power to make this unprofessional interaction right. I will absolutely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Easy Movers and their team. Russell and Terry were my movers and they were awesome. They arrived at my storage unit in Lake Norman and made quick work of moving all my items (boxes and misc. furniture) then moved onto my parent's home where they collected more boxes and my larger furniture pieces then moved everything into my condo in South Charlotte. They were friendly and handled all items with care as if it were their own. I had a bad experience from past movers so my anxiety was a little high the day of them move but Russell and Terry quickly put my mind at ease. They were a great tag team. Highly recommend Easy Movers but in particular these 2 movers. A+++

Terry and crew were late showing up for our appointment, but once they arrived everything ran very smoothly. Terry's communication was great and prevented any mix-ups during the move since I had a couple special requests of them. I was most impressed by how diligent the crew was and the excellent care they took in safeguarding my items for transport and storage. I would definitely recommend Easy Movers and look forward to using them again for my next move.

Fantastic experience. Zack was great to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. He and his crew really knew what they were doing. Fast, efficient, friendly, careful, and finished 3 hours earlier than estimated. Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic. Zack led the crew, who arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Not only did I need to move stuff to a new house, I had a bunch of stuff to move to a storage unit. I was worried it wouldn't all fit in my unit and that it would take more time than estimated. These guys not only fit everything into my unit, but there was room to spare. And they finished 3 hours earlier than we estimated, so the cost was even lower. I'm totally satisfied and couldn't ask for more.

As far as the packing, it was awful. It's clear that they do not specialize in packing, maybe only moving. The packers broke one thing and didn't wrap things securely. These people used one newspaper to wrap up glass which seems not right. Once they were done for the day they left half the closet unpacked. The pots and pans in the kitchen were not packed. None of the equipment or electronics were not packed. When the movers showed up the day after they had the pack for 2-3 hrs because the packers didn't do it the day before. The movers were fine, they were originally careful with our walls and such but when they got to my treadmill they struggled to move it upstairs. They caused quite a bit of damage to our brand new home's hardwood floors on the stairs as well as the treadmill which the top is completely cracked off. Otherwise, the movers were good but this was damage we saw after they had left. The movers were great. The packers are who we had issues with.

Excellent! I was able to get them to move me with just two day's advance notice. The day before the move a supervisor came to my home to determine the extent of preparation they needed to accomplish my move. I had basically packed everything myself. The move was very smooth and painless. I really felt taken care of. My household items were treated with respect, and I was treated also with great care and respect. considering that I was a single woman managing this process, I greatly appreciated their professionalism. I will definitely call on them again for my next move. :-)

It went better than expected. They sent 3 guy’s lead by Zack who worked extremely hard to get all my possessions from one place to another.

It was great. They took the bed apart, wrapped it up, and came to my house and set it up for me. It was fabulous. In addition to that, the workers were professional and very nice. Their office staff was very personable and friendly.

The guys were very professional and worked very hard for my family. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Easy Movers make the your moving very seamless and easy. I didn't realize I moved because generally the move is so time and energy consuming but with the team from Easy movers I didn't have to worry about anything. The communication is very clear and they are very prompt in responding to your questions or concerns. They are available via text as well as on the call at any hour post 5pm and also over weekends, which is very rare with the other movers. I worked with Don Reid to set up my move and he provided me a binding estimate with complete details and provided me options too to help me a get reduced price for the same service. That was super awesome. The team of movers who moved me were very friendly, and excellent at their job. They arrived on time and did their work. I have moved multiple times and the vendors before would have movers who would be very loud , talk a lot and focus less on their work. These guys were totally opposite, no talking at all and they focused and did their work quickly, paying attention to details and checking with you whenever they had questions. They will exactly the way you need it and even provide recommendations on what would work the best to move your stuff without any chances of damage. The same was with unloading. They were always on time, very detailed oriented, friendly, and would hear your needs and execute it that way. I am extremely delighted with Easy Movers and they have totally changed my impression of moving and movers, They have taken the fear and made me feel positive about the moving. It would be tough to find anyone better than them.

It went great. This was a move of my 2400 sqft house. I packed my stuff starting several months ahead of time and was ready for the movers. They were very professional, worked tirelessly, and handled my things with the utmost care. My HHGs were delivered in the same manner. I ended up having Easy Mover’s store my HHG for over a month because my new residence was not ready yet. All of my belongings made thectrip and nothing was broken or damaged in any way. I’d have this company move me again in a heartbeat. They are very good. I’ve moved over 30 plus times as n adult. This is tge best move I have evercexperienced.

The move went smoothly. Both crews took great care with our furniture, and in particular, the crew who moved furniture back into the house was very careful with our new floors. They even took the time to allow me to put protective pads under all pieces before they placed it on the floor. The customer service received from office personnel was also excellent. Easy Movers is responsive and takes pride in the service given to customers. i definitely recommend Easy Movers.

Terrible. First, I was under a tight timeline, I contacted them early in the week and requested a Sat afternoon move. We got snow, so they got backed up; I started getting phone calls to get my deposit, then to get info on the from and to addresses, and then I got another call to get my credit card for the full charge - the girl said ‘it’ll be $600 and something’ I didn’t hear the exact amount as I was choking! The email I had received from the ‘boss’ said something along the lines of $112 for one hour and $3?? for 3 hours. So, as you can imagine I was quite taken aback when she said $6??. I politely told her, no way!! There better not be a charge for $600 on my credit card. So, they decided to send out a guy to estimate how long it would take. He estimated 3.5 hrs; I estimated 2 hrs. Let me explain what I was basing this on. We had moved my parents about 6 mos ago; they had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1350 sq ft house, with 2 full bedroom sets, living room, dining room, patio furniture, and I can’t tell you how many boxes. I rented a U-Haul for $23 for the day, I paid $120 for 2 movers for 2 hours and we ended up using them for an extra hour, so it cost me an extra $60. The mileage was less than 40, so I think I paid $10 for mileage. All totaled, it cost me less than $215 and I told the movers what time to show up and they were there, and they were in their 20s or 30s, got the move done quickly and efficiently. Conversely, Easy Movers called me Sat morning and wanted to know if they were supposed to be there in the morning or from 3-5 pm. I said from 3-5. They told me they might be early and asked if that would be ok; I told them it would. We started making trips between the two apts and 2 pm I called the driver and asked him when he would be there; he said 20-30 mins. We waited 50 mins and called back to find out they were not done at their other job yet. He said they were finishing up and would be leaving soon. We got busy and the next thing I knew it was after 3:30; I called him back again and he said he was finishing the paperwork and would be getting on the road; it was a 30-40 min drive to our place. They finally arrived around 4:15 but didn’t have the address, so had to call us to figure out which apt we were in. They finally got up inside and started going through the paperwork at 4:22. The time they put down as their start time was 4:15; after I signed all the paperwork, they said, ‘now we need to go get the truck ready.’ Ready?? It’s not already ready; you’re going to have to do it on MY time?? Are you kidding me?? These guys were very nice, don’t get me wrong; but they were a little long in the tooth and they needed to take rests to catch their breaths, rest their bodies, etc. One of them fell twice. Long story not as long, what should have taken 2-2.5 hours for some strapping, younger fellows took these guys 4 hours. Now, to their credit, the company cut me a break for 30 mins of the time since the guys took their sweet time, but it still cost me about $300 more than my parents’ move last summer. The moral of this story is rent a truck and get the hired help from U-Haul; at least they’re about 20 yrs younger, work faster, and you can save not only the headaches from waiting around for and hour and a half or longer, but $300!!

It went pretty well except some of the stuff fell and my mattresses and chair got dirty

This was our second move with Easy Movers. We don't like moving. Really we don't. But they again made it mostly painless. The folks were friendly and outgoing, attentive, and easy to work with. I (really!) hope we'll be where we are for a long time, but I know who we're calling when it's time to go.

The movers were punctual , professional , an customer focused . Easy Movers restored my faith in the moving industry . There really are good moving companies out there , but hard to find. Easy Movers is not your typical moving company. The team that moved me were experienced professional. I too the time to write this review because they earned it .

Terrible. The mover was the grumpiest, most insensitive person I have ever met. He had zero customer service experience. He was about to drive off the truck before the job was finished because he was tired. I had to call the owner who yelled at the guy and told him to turn the engine off. ( BTW we were sweet as pie...buying snacks, gatorade and water.) They also left a lot of things and I did not even notice because the guy was so rude, I got so nervous. I literally had to hire another moving company to finish the job. I contacted the owner and the manager. The manager promised to follow-up, but never did. This company is terrible. dreadful!
