DIGITAL HOME SYSTEMS

We have constant problems with Time Warner. The service tech installed a new cable box and said it wouldn't be compatible with our genesis remote. We called Digital Home Systems to come out. They came over right away and identified that there was no need to reprogram anything. The Time Warner tech didn't know what they were talking about. It was simply a sensor placed in the wrong spot. The Digital Systems tech identified the issue in three seconds flat. He moved the sensor and was gone in a matter of minutes with my problem solved.

Not knowing much (actually nothing) about home installation, I purchased a 50'' plasma and was given Richard's name from my TV salesman. He came to our house, gave me a quote and talked me through what I would need. I told him what kind of mount I wanted and also told him that I didn't want to wire for speakers. He suggested the Polk Soundbar which he sold me at a very competitive price along with the subwoofer. He also gave me advice on what kind of amplifier I would need. I had an old one that didn't work that great and he suggested a $200 Yamaha at Best Buy that he would pick up. His quote included the mount, the wiring, the soundbar, the subwoofer and the amp. He is also a perfectionist and spent nearly a half hour making sure the mount was perfectly level ensuring that the TV would be level. Others would've gotten it close but not to this degree. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a vendor in which I knew absolutely nothing. Very honest!
