 + 0 moreI hired a designer (Karen O'Hora) via Angie's List for a consultation. After her consultation, which was very good, I knew exactly what I wanted for window treatments. I called Curtains and Company to come out and make measurements. The woman at Curtains and Company with whom I spoke on the phone told me they'd charge me $175 to come out to my home. She was very snotty and implied she'd never heard of my designer. Uh, I'm trying to GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS and they're acting as if they're doing me a favor by coming out and charging me $175 for gracing me with their presence? These are not people I want to do business with. Ever.
Description of Work: I was so disgusted after a phone call to them, I did not hire them.
