carpet installation
 + -1 moreThe girl that helped us select the carpet was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were prompt and the experience was nice. They did an excellent job of installation and matching the carpet seam to the existing hall carpet. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They installed a new carpet in the smaller guest bedroom.

 + 0 moreThe salesman was great and the estimate was fair. The hardwoods were installed without incident. The carpet layers didn't protect the new hardwood and scratched the floor in the hall. We notified the salesman and the service man came out and after accusing the dog, agreed it may be the carpet installers. We asked they split the cost of replacing the hallway. We had to call several times to get a response and when we got the estimate, we calculated they were charging us retail. The salesman said he would see if he could renegotiate the price. We asked that instead would they either give us the rugs free or 1/2 price. He said he would check and never called us back. That was February. Since he didn't call back we assumed the rugs were the resolution. I just received a bill in April for the full cost of the rugs! We never got a satisfactory resolution!
Description of Work: Replaced the hardwood flooring in the main rooms and carpet in the 3 bedrooms. Stretched the upstairs carpet.
