Luis is very thorough and professional. My contract stated I would get annual power washings at no cost for the next five years. It's been two years since the house was painted (which they did a very good job) and I recently scheduled the power washing (forgot to call the first year). Luis' son Favio came with a co-worker and did a great job! Some companies offer these services then back down when the time comes but not in this case. Luis was very cordial and set up the appt. when the time worked for me. I will definately use this company again!

It was awesome. They did a great job. They were very thorough. They didn?t do anything halfway. They did everything the way it should be done. They cleaned up after themselves. They earned their money.

He had power washed the entire house, replaced rotting wood and then painted the exterior of the house with a brush. I had tried three companies that I had gotten from Angie?s List, and this gentleman had presented the most complete estimate including satellite photographs of the house. He had also given us details of what he was going to do as opposed to just giving me a price. That is why I had chosen him. The crew had come according to my convenience and had taken their time to complete the job. The winter had delayed things a bit, but they did a complete job. He has a carpenter among his staff who does amazing work. There was additional wood work that needed replacement that was not part of the original proposal. The upcharge for that was so minimal that I couldn?t believe it. I am very pleased with all that they had done. They had done a lot of extra work for a door replacement for which they didn?t get anything extra. The price was certainly competitive for the kind of work that was performed.

Luis sent me an estimate in the mail, and although I did not hire him to do the exterior painting of my house, it was the most complete and professional estimate I received.

The price, quality and responsiveness were good.

We called and asked about the repair. Luis advised that any work necessary would be at no charge to us. He reiterated that his work is guaranteed. His crew came and completed the repair. The work took about an hour to complete. It looks as good as new. We highly recommend this company.

Carolina Painting and Carpentry, Inc. completed all of our necessary carpentry repairs and painted the exterior of our house. From the most professionally prepared estimate we have ever seen, to the excellent quality and careful and diligent work of the painters themselves, we feel this was the very best service we could have received and at a very reasonable price. We would certainly use their services again and give them our highest recommendation.

Very professional from start to finish. Gave us a comprehensive estimate. They turned up when they said they would and worked hard. Luis really understands which products to use on which surfaces and all the areas they stained and painted look great. In addition, we had a carpenter bee infestation and they filled in all of the numerous holes. Luis came around for a final inspection and went over the work. He had his workers fix a few things he was not happy with and explained all the work and products to me.

This company gave me a slightly higher estimate than another, but I had a feeling they would do a better job so I went with them. I was not disappointed. Luis is in this business for the long haul and realizes that his reputation is important and he does an excellent job!

We were very pleased with the quality of work done. We were given a very detailed, professional proposal that included photos of the rotten trimwork as well as the areas to be painted. The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. The finish work on the carpentry was excellent. The crew moved around the house to avoid painting in the sun (none of our previous painters had done this), hand brushed the siding and made sure the house was thoroughly scraped & sanded. The job took about 4 days to complete. We highly recommend this company and will defintately use them exclusively for our painting needs.

I was very happy with them but they were a little too high in their pricing. The person who came out was professional and helpful, and very thorough in his bidding. He took several pictures. He charged several hundred dollars more than the company that I finally employed to do the job, and if he hadn't been that expensive, I would definitely have used him. He had computerized pictures of his work. I was happy with all of his description, and the way that he used computer technology to explain what stains and paints he used, and what options I had if I wanted the next grade up.

Luis and his crew painted my house last year and included free pressure wash annually for the term of their warranty (which was 5 years for the paint I picked). They called me to schedule the wash and were out the next day. The house looks great just like it did when they finished painting last year. Thanks Luis.

Luis Murillo, owner, prepared a professional estimate including pictures of suspected problem areas in July '08 and I procrastinated on having the work done. He began following up with me and I decided to do the work in Jan '09. His estimated included repairing the rot he observed when he first looked at the house. Since it is a two story house he could not determine whether there was more hidden damage. He said if they identified addition damaged areas they would show me these additional areas before repairing and make a nominal additional charge. While doing the prep work they did find other areas and brought them to my attention. He charged an additional $190 to repair these areas which I thought was very reasonable. Luis's son Fabio and two assistants did the work and were very neat and professional and thoroughly cleaned the area before leaving. Luis said he guarantees his work and will follow-up for several years to correct any problems that may arise.

The quote never arrived. After one week, I sent him an e-mail asking for the status. I have never received a reply from the e-mail message and now it's been 11 days. So, I am going to not consider him as a reliable supplier.

The owner showed up on time and took down all information. He informed that he will mail us a proposal within a week. However, we never received anything. It has been 1.5 months already.

The crew always arrived at the scheduled time. Workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up every evening before leaving and stored their ladders compactly in an area of our yard that was out of the way. The work was finished in approximately a week and a half. Prep time took 2 days (pressure washing and caulking). When the job was completed Mr. Murillo came to the house for a final inspection and made sure we were happy with the work performed.

Louis spent quite a bit of time quoting on our house. He is very professional. When we received the quote it was much higher than all the other quotes we received. He mentioned he used better quality paint and that he spent much more time pressure washing than his competitors. We didn't call him back until after the summer. I called and asked if he would take a look at the quote and re-bid. It's been over two weeks and I have not received a call back after leaving three messages. If he felt that he couldn't adjust his pricing, I should of at least had the courtesy of a return call.

They did everything they said they were going to do. Anything that they came across that they could repair that wasn't mentioned in the proposed bid, they discussed with me to see if I wanted it repaired. They did all of the repairs on time and on budget.

We felt they did an excellent job. They were very thorough and responsive. Overall, they did an excellent job and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very nice job. Luis was very professional and delivered on what he promised. They worked for 3-4 days on pre-work/prep getting the house ready to paint. They power washed the house, took down all storm windows. Did a very nice job.

Estimate received after I had selected another company. Time constraints negated my using this company.

They did a great job with the prep work. They inspected before they did the actual work. He found some rotted out boards and informed us if they needed to be replaced or not. They finished up within about two weeks. They were neat when they were painting. He also, after the job was finished, inspected and made sure that we were happy with the work.

It was a very good experience! We had absolutely no problems, it took them less time than anticipated to finish the house.
