The project had more carpentry work than we originally thought but was necessary after the workers uncovered previously undetected wood rot. This took a bit longer to do than the original estimate. A quality job was done on the carpentry and the prep work. The painting also was done very professionally.

Louis does a great job preparing the quote and proposal. His price was not the best, but I gave him the job because of his knowledge, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. He is honest, but his crew did not perform exactly as he described. He admitted that they made some mistakes, and he offered to paint my patio for free. He also told me that I should be there to watch the crew work to get the best result. I've learned a lesson. My overall experience with Louis was excellent.

It was a great experience. The crew was pleasant, courteous, hard working and finished on time. The only negative, was that cleanup was not always done very well except at the end. Otherwise, it was great. The crew did everything that Luis said they would do. The price was higher than the estimate because of much more damaged wood that needed replacing.

They did a wonderful job! Luis met me at my home within a day of my contacting him. He did a very thorough walk through prior to preparing the quote. His quote was by far the most well prepared and included an itemization of the painting and carpentry work (including pictures, descriptions, etc) so I knew exactly what they would be doing. The first and second day as they did the prep/carpentry they found some additional siding with sections of rot and let me know the cost to replace. Each day the crew arrived on time, kept me informed of their work plan, did a great job cleaning up, and finished the work very timely. There were some areas on the house in bad shape (windows, caulking & rotten siding) and they did a great job prepping these and there was a small section of siding Luis replaced at no charge. He also came out periodically to inspect the work and made sure it was of the highest quality. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They did a fantastic job. Luis and his son made sure everything was done with perfection. Luis gave our house the best paint job it's had in our 18 years here. I was really impressed with Luis and his crew. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

They spent 85% of their time prepping my home for the actual painting. Luis and his son walked the entire house for nearly an hour before coming to an estimate, this allowed me to see in detail every aspect of the job and hear suggestions and options for how I wanted to go about treating it. They are by far the most thorough contractors I have ever dealt with. They truly demonstrate their knowledge of the profession. They went over and above my expectations when it came to sanding some areas down to bare wood and cleaning the exterior. The crew is very polite and cleaned up after themselves daily. Luis (owner) was knowledgeable and friendly, offering suggestions and advice. I feel as though I got a deal considering the service and quality of work I received. They even painted my patio furniture and lamp pole which needed it badly at no extra charge. I would definitely re-hire them for future work and recommend them to anyone.

Luis responded quickly to my initial call and came to my home to look over the job within 2 hours. It took him a week to call back to let me know the quote was ready. He sold his services to me by the thoroughness of his quote and the professional package outlining the work that needed to be done (including pictures, descriptions, and copies of his credentials). His quote was equal to another that I had received but was much more inclusive in the carpentry and prep work that was needed. I hired him because I felt that he had a high standard of quality. Once I accepted the quote, he had his workers at my home within 48 hours. They completed the entire job within 3 days. Luis came and checked on the work periodically which was very important because his workers missed several areas or did not complete the work as specified. He made sure that the work was completed to his standards even if they had to redo it. My only complaint is that there were some paint spatters on carpeting.

Luis prepared for us a very professional proposal that itemized everything they were going to do including pictures so there was no question to what he saw as needing attention. The quote was broken into two sections, carpentry and painting, which gave an accurate picture of where the cost was coming from. In the end there were very few add items, most that I asked for, so I would say the quote was VERY accurate with no surprises at the end. Luis was on site at some point during everyday to ensure that his crew was working in a timely matter but also to ensure the quality of work. His crew arrived on time and worked steadily doing a very good job. They kept the work area clean and they made sure everything was put up before leaving for the day. My home is beautiful thanks to the hard work they put into it. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work hey did, as well as the price. I would use them again as well as highly recommend this company.

Very well. Luis is a very professional and thorough person. He explained everything his crew found, explained how he would fix it and when he would get things done. He threw in a couple of extra items and his rates were more than reasonable. They are excellent and I would call them again.

He is on every job. He is very professional and answers his phone promptly. He is very good at walking through the job before he does it and giving VERY accurate quotes and estimates so there are no surprises. He does what he says he is going to do. I had an issue with more rotten wood that he missed and he was out the very same day.

Luis and his crew arrived on time to powerwash the house prior to painting. He went around the house with me and explained everything they were going to do. He took the time to answer any and all my questions. Luis is very knowledgeable about his craft, and his carpentry work is outstanding. His crew arrived on time and worked steadily. They kept the work area clean and they made sure everything was put up before leaving for the day. I was kept informed about every step taken. I really felt that I was a part of the process not just an observer. I like that. My home is beautiful thanks to the hard work they put into it.

Bid was within $200 of the lowest I received. Quality of materials used was excellent and guaranteed. The crew started when they promised, finished when they promised and did everything specified in the contract (and then some). Cleanup was thorough, and we are very pleased with the result.

Luis, his son Fabio, and his crew showed up when they told me they would. They did everything they told me they would do and more. Overall they did an excellent job on the work I asked them to do. I would recommend them to anyone and would have them come back. Luis is a perfectionist, a very honest and a hard working man.
