Description of Work: Nothing. I contacted them twice trying to set up an appointment to have them come and give me an estimate to replace a window. Never received a call from them to set up an appointment. Tried for over two weeks and no response. Went to another company and was very satisfied with them.

+ -1 moreService Tech was very pleasant, professional, on time and called prior to arrival. His attention to detail that all the glass was removed was appreciated. Customer service on the other hand needs a little work on the status of your order. I would give them another try.

Description of Work: I have used them for a number of glass items. The most was where they cut some waterfall glass to fit in as an insert in cabinets. They fit perfectly and the job was completed within the estimated time. I have also had them replace a windshield in my Mini Cooper that had cracked. They knew the correct type of glass. Perfect fit, no problems. I had them also refit a rear window that was leaking in my truck. They did not do the initial install and were repairing a poor install. No leaks. I have had them replace glass in broken windows in houses that I flip. Again, no issues and the price was competitive with others that quoted. I did have them give me a quote for a shower door. The quote was about on par with others, but I found someone to install for less money so I used the other company.
