Excellent job as usual. Arborscapes always do a nice job and they clean up all the mess.

The work went well however the arborist incorrectly ID'd 3 of the trees in our yard which did not impress me. The leaves were not out yet but IMO he should know his trees better than his customer. We decided to go with another company for pruning and with them for removal of a tree since they were slightly less.

Arborscapes came to remove a large limb immediately and came back later with a bucket truck to remove dead limbs in the top of a tall tree at the curb.

Great. I appreciate that they came and talked to us and there was no charge but they at least gave us a good option.

Great! The tree was in the middle of the back yard which had a privacy fence all around. Arborscapes crew lead by Gino did a great job. They brought a crane and lifted pieces over the fence; they got it down & out quickly & safely; cleaned up nicely after and trimmed some limbs and dead wood out of two tree out front. They were punctual, finished early, professional, brought the right equipment for the job and provided an insurance certificate before the job as I requested. When I called the office, Nathan, went out quickly and gave me a quote which was the lowest price of the 3 estimates I received. However, Mark Shuey from Timber Hill had recommended him - Mark does a great job but doesn't have the big crane needed for this job. I have 10 houses and occasionally need tree work done. I would highly recommended Arborscapes.

The service went well. It was quick, and they did exactly what was needed. They cleaned up well after themselves. I had no complaints!

We found them through Angie's list website. They were quick and clean. They didn't leave a mess and did everything needed to be done. They were very responsive. In fact they couldn't come out the first day we scheduled and they were very prompt about letting me knowing and reschedule. They called me the second day they came out and let me know they were out in 30 minutes and they are very prompt. I would definitely use them again.

Very well! David came out bid the work as appointed. Nathan called to schedule the work, The 3 man crew came out as expected on time. They were very professional and friendly. The work was completed as expected, they cleaned up the area and left after 6 hours.

We received quotes from three different tree service companies and Arborscapes was our clear favorite. They struck a perfect balance between the other two: the first company was very professional, but very expensive and offered far more services than we needed (including removing a tree that didn't need to come down). The second company was much cheaper, but were not knowledgeable arborists and offered to perform some services without proper insurance. Arborscapes was perfect. They were very knowledgeable and professional, yet their quote was thousands of dollars less. With all the storm damage lately, it was a bit hard to get scheduled, but once we did, they came out the next day. They were on-time and friendly. They took down our large maple efficiently and safely, doing no damage to our driveway, even though it was right next to it. I highly recommend their services.

Arborscapes exceeded my expectations (which were already high given the history of quality reviews). The price estimate was fair and on target (no hidden fees or costs). Scheduling was very prompt and the task done with efficiency. They even cleaned my driveway and walkway...and those of my neighbor before leaving. The crew was particularly careful with the tree overhanging our house. Removal of the two trees closest to the house took a full day to complete using climbing and ropes. The other four trees were felled with a simple cut to the lower trunk and were completed in half a day. All limbs and trunks were chipped or removed. Grinding of all six stumps was finished in an hour and a half. Removal of the stump grindings was not included, but that is typical of all six companies I spoke with prior to choosing Arborscapes. Everybody...including the arborist, administrative staff and work crews were exceedingly helpful and polite. This is an expremely professional group. I would not hesitate to call them in the future! In fact...I probably wouldn't waste my time getting estimates from anyone else!

Arborscapes trimmed numerous trees to get the branches off my roof. Also raised the tree canopies on four others. They did a great job and the price was reasonable (I had two other bids). Very flexible too. I requested some additional trimming while the crew was here. They did it on the spot. The crew were also very personable. A++

Nathan, who runs this division of Arborscapes is one of the finest gentlemen and runs his company impeccably ...his men on the job were courteous and professional. They encountered many problems along the way due to underground utilities. I have complete confidence in their company and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Arborscapes was recommended to me by a local garden designer. They did good work and were very competitively priced. Nathan visited to discuss the work I wanted done and provided a written quote on the spot. He was knowledgeable and careful to specify what would and wouldn't be possible. (We had some stumps that they would not be able to grind due to proximity to fences.) The quote we received from Arborscapes was $500 less than a quote from a competitor. My only complaint is that it took a few weeks to get an appointment for an estimate and then a few more weeks after that until the work could be done, so it wasn't the quickest process. (That's the reason for the B on responsiveness.) However, when it was finally our turn, we received excellent service. On the day before the work was scheduled, Nathan contacted me to let me know of a slight change in the time that his crew would arrive. The next morning they arrived promptly, reviewed the work to be done, and completed the job efficiently. Nathan stopped by during the work to review the progress and to address a question with me. The crew cleaned up well afterward, clearing the debris from the tree removal and (bonus!) blowing all the leaves off our lawn while they were at it.

Arborscapes showed up on time, did a great job, and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I have not lost any more branches in the recent storms.

Job went well and was done quickly. Crew arrived later than scheduled but I understand earlier jobs can take longer than scheduled. And, yes, the schedule was an estimated time of arrival but I waited longer than I liked, it's a trivial concern, really. They cleaned up after job was finished and even left me a nice pile of wood chips to use for mulch that they had from the previous job.

They are great and they are fabulous.

Team did an excellent job, price was better than others and included services and details others did not. They made it look easy , great job all around.

We've been doing business with Nathan from Arborscapes since we moved here in 2003. He's very knowledgeable. Many of our neighbors also use them. He can give you a really good perspective on things like some trees becoming a problem because the roots tending to expand. That sort of feedback is very important. They're very busy sometimes.
