The estimate was acceptable to me and the work was scheduled to be done in about two weeks. The work was delayed due to rain making the ground soft but eventually one of Nathan's crews called to say they were on the way. The big tree was surrounded by other trees and I was impressed by the way the crew tackled the job. The tree was cut down, ground up and hauled away in a short time. The trimming work was done well and one tree had to be climbed to a height of 60 or 80 feet, very impressive. The cleanup was impressive, I had a large tree disposed of and a lot of trimming done and all the waste was removed. It was hard to see that there had been any mess. The stump of the large tree was ground by a sub-contractor a couple of days later.

Nathan is a pleasure to work with. He arrives on time, walks the yard with you, explaining why something needs to be trimmed or removed. As he is doing this, he is writing up an estimate. Because our yard is very large, with a lot of trees, I was pleasantly surprised with the estimate. I felt is was very fair. His crew showed up on time and it took them longer than expected because we had a lot of dead limbs that needed to be removed. However, Nathan stuck by his estimate and the price didn't changed. His crew removed everything and didn't leave any type of mess. I would definitely use them again.

The job went very well. They are always flexible with options. They come with a really good price.

I didn't dislike anything about them. He knew his business extremely well. His crew worked like clockwork. He had another company come out to clean up after he was here. They didn't disturb any of the plants that they had to work among. They cleaned up the debris absolutely beautifully. I was very, very impressed with the company. The price seemed very reasonable to me. The crew knew exactly what they were doing, and they did it quickly and well.

Nathan came out to our home & gave us a quote for taking down trees. Arborscapes gave us the best quote out of 3 companies. They started work the following Monday, arrived 20 minutes early. The crew worked all day and finished right before dark. The price was exactly what Nathan had quoted. I would differently recommend Arborscapes and I will be calling them in the future.

Excellent. Punctual & professional; work crew great fellows. Nathan is a certified arborist so I trust his judgment more than most. He has done work for 2 of my neighbors, who have usedhis co. multiple times. This job required extra understanding on Arborscapes' part! Twin fawns were born in our fenced back yard the day Nathan came to give an estimate -- discovered them when he literally tripped on them; they were no more than an hour old. He, not being a wildlife expert, agreed w/my husband to wait a month before frightening the babies w/ loud machinery. (I knew they would still be too young from past experience but I'm only the wife!) The day scheduled, his crew was terrific -- fascinated by the fawns (now only a month old & less than knee-high) & understood the need for great care. Panicked fawns try to escape & being too small to jump a fence, will try to climb through it, often strangling or breaking a leg in the attempt. So the crew quietly checked trees to be cut & were careful not to disturb the babies, actually really sweet about it. But by the time Nathan arrived the twins were thoroughly frightened; one of them did get tangled in the fencing but managed to unhook himself without injury. Nathan realized it was too dangerous for the animals to saw down trees that day. Put it off for another month, when we could open gates for Mama to take them away at 8 wks. His schedule for the day was wrecked but he was gracious about it. When they finished the job, it was very speedy & they cleaned up neater than before they arrived!

Great. I've used Nathan (Arborscapes) many times and he's always been easy to work with, honest, prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. He's removed huge sweet gums from our yard, as well as advised me on caring for our frost-damaged Japanese Maple and many other things. I recommend him to all of my neighbors and hired him to do work for our HOA (neighborhood park, trees at front entrance).

In the past, they've down both large and small jobs for us. They're very qualified. They're certified arborists who do excellent work. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of the work and their professionalism.

This job consisted of work that would have been very difficult to impossible for us to complete. All of the work was extremely well done and completed in a timely manner. All limbs and debris were ground up and removed. We have used this company before and will definitely use them again. We are very pleased with the results.

Service went very well, I was very impressed. They did this work over two days, the afternoon of day 1, and afternoon of day 2. After finishing on day 1, they cleaned everything up, it was as if they had not been there at all. On day two, they accidentally broke an irrigation pipe, but they promptly fixed that. They finished the job on day 2, again cleaning up very well. I was very pleased with their work and price, and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They are responsive to my calls in a timely manner. They are able to do the job in a timely manner. They perform the work that I needed to have done. They clean up all the branches and debris. They are a pleasure to work with.

Nathan returned my initial message after 4 days. I was not home for the call so left another message on his voicemail. Did not hear from him for 2 weeks, when he called to say his grandmother was sick & he had to go to Ohio. Apparently they don't have phones in Ohio. We made a date for him to come over at 10 a.m. a few days later; I told him I had to leave at 11. So on the agreed day, I waited & was just about to leave the house at 11:00, when Nathan called & said he'd forgotten our appointment & could he come out that afternoon. Summer must be silly season. I decided to look for someone more interested in doing the job.

The final product cost less than I expected and was more impressive that I had imagined. Jason's patience and time spent coming up with the best completely custom look for our yard was excellent. The crew was very courteous and worked hard for multiple days with minimal noise (couldn't believe this was the case). I cant say enough about Arborscapes. All Landscape companies are not equal (!) and the best ones DO NOT cost more than everyone else. Arborscapes has the perfect balance of price and quality...well done.

Nathan Morrison provided the quote and he (and others who provided quotes) suggested that power company remove the limbs of the Ligustrum first since they had grown up beyond the power lines. Nathan called the head of the power company's tree management function and a power company contractor came to remove these limbs within a few days. Once this was completed, Nathan returned with a crew of two to cut down and remove the trees and plants. Shortly before they finished, another person came to grind the stumps and he included a fifth stump of an old plant for no additional charge. He was able to grind the stump next to the brick wall with no problem. I obtained other quotes for $830 and $850. Nathan returned phone calls promptly, arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with.

Nathan came out and we discussed what would be best for my yard. His estimate was by far the lowest, and it was apparent that he knew what he was doing, and would do a good job. It did take a few weeks to get on his schedule but it was worth it. His crew did a magnificent job, resulting in a drastic improvement in the appearance of my yard. Everything was just as we had discussed and the clean up was outstanding. I would recommend getting several estimates, but be sure to include Arhorscapes among them. Their estimate was about half of what the others wanted, and the work was outstanding!!!!

This company never called us back after leaving two messages. I understand folks get busy, but at least call me back to tell me you got my message, even if you can't help me.

It went perfect, Nathan was very responsive and professional, and they showed right up on time and perform the work. It was something that I personally would charge a lot more for what it needed to be done. I would definitely hire this company again to do work at my house; they were reliable, responsible, polite and friendly. Before Carlos (The person performing the work) came down from the tree, he asked me many times if I was satisfied or if I needed for him to cut some more branches. Very good work, very good work. My wife and I were very satisfied with the service.

Excellent job. Overall I could not be happier. I found out about the company through a friend and shopped around. They're pricing was competitive and their work far exceeded my expectation. This company is of top quality. From the start Jason (partner) was a complete professional and took some time to go over a complete plans and my ideas. Following our meeting with a detailed quote and plan for the whole job that was impressive. The result was AWESOME. Their crew worked hard and fast and completed the whole yard remodel in approximately 2 days. They brought a massive crew out to get it done with multiple trucks. Their attention to detail was not lost. Superior job. After completion I went over the job with Jason and every detail was competed to perfection. I would recommend them for any large or small jobs you may have. I also plan to use them for the landscape of the backyard inside of our fence (only part of the house they didn't do). Excellent work.
