 + -1 moreDid bad work, made us do much of the work, made us buy the materials, and then charged us extra for work already under the contract. His plumbing connections in the kitchen leaked (we fixed, and it damaged our wood floor and cabinets), he tried to make us hook up our own gas stove (dangerous, and we couldn't figure it out anyway), and charged us an extra $140 to "test" the gas line once he realized that the city really was going to inspect his work. All in all, he charged us an extra $450 ($60 was because he couldn't figure out how to hook up a brand new sink faucet without it leaking, so we bought him a new one. He charged the $60 for his extra "trouble"). I need more plumbing work done (bathroom renovation) and really wanted to have found a reliable guy, but Julio showed himself to be untrustworthy and now will not be getting that job.
Description of Work: Necessary rough and finish plumbing to finish a kitchen, laundry and half-bath remodeling project. He knew from the start that we had pulled permits for the project.
