They were excellent.

Absolutely amazing. Getting gutters cleaned is a necessary evil, so it's hard to get excited about...leaves in/leaves gone, right? But, after searching for a company that would even do the job (gutters are three stories up on back side of house), I was excited just to find anyone. To have them show up absolutely on time, exhibit incredible efficiency and extreme customer-friendly attitudes was an added bonus. I scheduled a pressure wash of my house, but was starting a deck project, so had to defer until that project is finished. Ditto with window washing. Their prices are amazing, and after seeing their professionalism and results for the gutter job, I will use them for windows and pressure washing without reservation.

20/20 performed an excellent job on my house. I was blown away by how good it looked afterward. The company was very professional and helpful in providing a quote. The work was done quickly and they just did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again.

A bit more expensive then other quotes, but they fit me into their schedule with only 2 days notice. The 2 man team did a great job. They were on time, professional and tidy. They were wonderful with our Lab trying to help. I will use 20/20 in the future, you get what you pay for.

The crew showed up on time and performed their work quickly and efficiently. The windows and screens look great.

When I originally phoned the company to inquire about the service, I left a voicemail message and the owner called me back within 24 hours. She was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant on the phone. She took down my information and promised an estimate would be made within a week. I received the estimate according to this schedule. I felt the price to be reasonable and within my budget. The day the work was to be performed it rained, so my husband called to reschedule. They said they would perform the work the following day, but could not commit to a time. The next day my husband phoned again and they committed to a time, but did not show up or call to say they would be late. My husband continued to call and kept being told, they were on their way. Once there, they were professional and did a good job. My only complaint is, they expected us to make all the calls, asking about arrival time and kept making excuses why they weren't coming instead of committing to a time.

WE HAVE THE WINDOWS IN OUR HOME CLEANED EVERY YEAR. WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. THEY POWERWASHED OUR HOME WITH CLOROX WHICH STAINED OUR GARAGE DOORS AND SHUTTERS, SEVERELY DAMAGED MOST OF OUR SHRUBS AND EVEN KILLED SOME. THESE GUYS WERE HORRIBLE. 20/20 CAUSED US MORE HEADACHES AND MONEY JUST TRYING TO REPAIR AND REPLACE THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO OUR PROPERTY. I CALLED THE OWNER KEVIN UP AND ASKED HIM TO PLEASE COME AND VIEW THE WORK HIS PEOPLE PERFORMED. HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AND NEVER SHOWED UP. INSTEAD HE SENT THE TWO GUYS WHO DID THE LOUSY JOB. I CALLED BACK AND TOLD KEVIN IF THIS WAS A BUSINESS WITH MY NAME ON IT I WOULD WANT TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF WORK MY EMPLOYEES WERE DOING. HE CAME OVER AND SAID HE COULDN'T BELIEVE IT HIMSELF. THEY CLEANED THE GARAGE DOORS AND SOME OF THE SHUTTERS. I STILL HAVE BUGS IN MY WINDOW SILLS FROM WHERE THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE SCREENS. DIRT IS STILL VERY VISIBLE AROUND THE WINDOWS. DEPLORABLE, ABSOLUTELY. I REGRET EVER GETTING 20/20 FLIER.

THERE WERE TWO WORKERS WHO WORKED ALL DAY. THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF A STREAK THAT I COULDN'T GET TO, VERY RESPONSIVE, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

MY CHIEF COMPLAINT IS THAT 12 HOURS AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED THERE WAS A RATHER LARGE AREA OF DISCOLORATION THAT APPEARED ON OUR BACK DECK. I FOUND THE CREW THAT DID THE WORK ON OUR HOUSE; THEY WERE WORKING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. I INFORMED THEM OF THE SITUATION AND THEY CAME BACK TO OUR HOUSE TO ASSESS THE SITUATION. THEY HAD NO IDEA HOW THE DISCOLORATION COULD HAVE OCCURRED AND SUGGESTED I CALL THE OWNER KEVIN. I CALLED KEVIN THE NEXT DAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM TO RETURN THE CALL, WHICH HE DID NOT. I FINALLY REACHED KEVIN AND HE AGREED TO COME TO OUR HOUSE TO ASSESS THE SITUATION HIMSELF. WE SCHEDULED A 4:30 MEETING (I FORGET THE EXACT DATE), WHICH HE CANCELED LATER IN THE DAY, CITING HIS CRAZY WORK DAY AS THE REASON. FAST FORWARD TO APRIL 18. I CALLED KEVIN TO RECONNECT WITH THE SITUATION. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE HAD VISITED OUR HOUSE AND DETERMINED THAT THE DISCOLORATION WAS NOT HIS COMPANY'S FAULT. WE DISAGREED. NO RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY HIM.

HE SAID HE WOULD COME BY TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. TWO DAYS LATER, HE HASN'T BEEN HERE AND HASN'T CALLED.

VERY RELIABLE, CAME ON TIME, AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE THEM OUT EVERY YEAR.
