The repair man was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and said he could fix it for around $400. Way better than the $1500 cost of a new built in microwave.

James, I believe was his name, called me ASAP and offered to come out same day, except the late afternoon times didn't work for me. Next he offered next day about noon. I told him I had a noon meeting and needed to leave by 11:40 to which he replied "I'll work you in and I'll get you to your meeting on time." Indeed he did! He was at my home 45 min or less. Coils we're all iced up. He replaced heater/thermostat unit in freezer. I had to turn off unit and completely defrost it over 24 hrs before turning back on for use. It's been 1.5 weeks and my unit has maintained safe steady temps so I believe the unit was diagnosed and repaired properly. I was grateful that my 18 year old refrigerator could be repaired within my budget. James was very professional, efficient and a delightful gentleman. I will use this company again.

Great ! Service tech Ron Salmond came out on 9-18-17 . Ron was on time and very professional and pleasant ! Ron took time to explain what the problem could be, 2-3 options, and then went to work checking each one out explaining to me what it should do or look like and then showed it to me as he went through each. Naturally it was the last item....the motor...showed me how he tested it.... took it out.....even let me smell it since it had a burnt smell from the test. I thought I would be waiting for a part to be ordered but Ron said they had them on the truck ! Ron installed it and then told me what to watch for to be sure it was working right ...then he tested it and it worked great ! Our Frig is 20 years old but we like it. Ron said they still have parts for it and that our brand was very reliable and well made ! Ron couldn't have been nicer and is a great rep for his company ! !!! Warranty printed right on receipt too ! THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB DONE RIGHT BY A GREAT GUY !

I had to replace my ice maker in my freezer. They had to replace the part and they were really good because the guy owns the company himself and he has a big truck and he carries a lot of parts with him. So he came out look at it and he had the part with him and had it fixed within the hour. I didn't have to wait a week or anything like that. It was great. He was great.

Great! The repairman was in and out in less than a half hour, identified the problem immediately upon arrival, had the parts in his truck, and completed the repair promptly.

Great technician, was quick and professional. Was told they would be there between 12-3pm, called at 2:45pm and was told not sure when they would arrive and that the service window was 8-5. That wasn't what I was told and messed up my day. But upon arrival everything went well. The job ended up being the lower end of their anticiapted amount.

Technician found the problem and fixed it. Much cheaper than buying a new machine!

Had an issue with my washing machine. Called 123 Appliance and James called me back quickly. Told him what has going and he recommended several things for me to try which resolved my problem. Based on James's response and help in resolving my problem, I will call him if/and when I have another appliance that need work.

Was a little hesitant calling a washer repair company. You hear stories how they rip you off. And I have had challenges in the past in general with repair people (don't show up, won't honor the price they quoted, the repair person wasn't professional, etc etc. But my experience with 123 Appliance Repair was excellent. They were very responsive when I contacted them through Angie's list. I heard back in a few days. They quoted the cost for the visit which was confirmed when the repair person arrived. I was able to get an appointment 3 days after they contacted me. The repair person was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. He also showed up at the exact time we had agreed to. The issue required a new part, which he had in his truck. He replaced it and then checked out both the washer and dryer to make sure there were no issues (I expected him to find several, costly to repair "issues"). He said he checked them thoroughly and all was good! Overall excellent. The only part of the process that was a bit clunky was the request form you have to fill out on their website. After you connect with them through Angie's List they make you fill out a service request form. Then someone called me and essentially asked me the exact same questions that were on the form. Not a huge issue just a little annoying. But I still give them an overall A+ and highly recommend them.

Freezer went out and our regular repair company said it would take days to get to us. We called 123 Appliance Repair for the first time and they came out the same day - at 8 PM. They said that someone would call us to let us know when they could get there - and it took about an hour for that return call. By 9 PM that night, our freezer was repaired and we lost very little food. Excellent service and response. The technician was able to look at his computer to determine if the part he needed was on his truck. Lucky for us - it was. He used a hair dryer to melt the frost in the back of the freezer and then replaced the defrost timer. We will definitely use this company in the future for all of our appliance repair needs.

Repairman was able to repair the fridge on the spot as needed door sensor replaced to activate light. Perfect. After looking at the range he stated that a part had to be ordered to repair the ignition system on the range. We paid for the repair and he said he would be in touch when the part came in. After a couple weeks we received a voice message to schedule as the part was in. Started to play the phone tag game for another week. Then the guy just disappears... after trying to call for the past 2+ months we get no reply. Not sure if he went out of business...certainly can understand why with that level of customer service. Very disappointed as was reviewed highly on Angie's List.

Badly, Called to contract them for a service. Could barely understand the guy on the phone. He hanged up without a word after I gave him my cell number. Its been about two hours no call yet. Will call a different company.

Fantastic! Service representative Ron was probably the friendliest and most knowledgeable technician that I've ever had an opportunity to meet. Issues were diagnosed quickly and repairs performed as described in-advance. No Tom-foolery! From the time of my initial call (reccommend calling, rather than emailing for best response), 123 Appliance was great to work with.

It was good. He was very good. I think he had similar ratings; I think we picked him based on that. He deserved it. His price was fair. The repair he made is still working. It was a twelve-year-old refrigerator. It was a holiday or close to a holiday and he called us back. He was here when he said he'd be here. He was very professional, took his shoes off and he did things you don't ordinarily see all the time and that's what I remember. He was good.

Had them on the truck for GE, so was done, releveled, and courteously down the road (with a surge protector recommendation for future) in less than 1hr. Would have gotten better punctuality **, but Panthers game and PGA Championship conspired. James is a really nice guy.

The tech was great, got the job done really quickly. The only thing I was not thrilled about is the $60 charge added as e "trip fee"

Called correct number on Saturday but voice mail for their Easy Movers company picked up and did not receive a call back. Used web form on Sunday and received prompt call back. Technician was quick and efficient and called ahead to let me know when to meet him.

The technician was able to solve the problem over the phone. I was not charged. They will be the first ones I can in the future if I have a need.

Found problem and repaired quickly. Very nice repair person. No further problems.
