They were very courteous, timely, professional and provided a lot of good information to me.

Very smoothly, no problems after installment was completed. Plumbing Knight called a few days later to follow-up and check if the service rendered was excellent. It certainly was.

Quick and professional service, all work completed as promised with a follow up call to check we were satisfied. Water heater found to need an expansion tank replacement in addition to the HPR valve the next day, which was FOC as it was not identified during the initial visit. Very happy with the service we received and will use again.

The service was very professional. It's been a couple of months and everything is working very well. They give you an estimate and ask your permission before doing any work. They clean up before leaving.

Whenever I have had a problem they always respond. The respond on late nights and weekends. The employees are always helpful and knowable. The owner even came out when they were installing to make sure that it was installed correctly. The price is always very reasonable.

What we thought was a minor issue- the flapper thingy in the tank of the toilet not sealing right, turned out to be a complete toilet replacement. The plumber was very competent and showed us photos of the problems he found, which was a cracked connection between the tank and the bowl, I n addition to what we had originally suspected, which was a dead flushing mechanism. He presented a few options and we decided it was wiser in the long run to replace the whole thing. What we got was an upgrade to the low water use kind, which worried me because I was sure it would clog and be icky. It turns out that this new one is reported to be able to flush a tennis ball. It's nice to have the whole thing over with in one visit and by a very nice plumber. We felt he was honest, too, which is really important. And I can quit jiggling the handle and worrying about my next water bill.

.originally thought needed to replace main water line from street, after much detective work "Mack" replaced house cut off and delligently searched for leaks. finally decided leak stopped with replaceing cutoff no other leaks detected so saved cost and time for major replacement of main line. could have just left it to replacing main line but "Mack" wanted to make sure he had covered everything possible before going to that expense. was here 2 hours but saved me lack of water for at least a week and digging up the yard and dealing with permits and city inspection. cudos to plumbing knight for their thoroughness. I will definately be using them again. instead of 1500.00 the cost was 300.00.

He was punctual and knowledgeable. I was apprehensive about finding a plumber,but thanks to Angies list,I found a good honest and reasonable plumber.

This house is 50 years old and has many problems. When removing the old sink the formica split. The owner of the company made it right even though it was not all their fault. Very professional group with good communication and I will use them again.

Very conscientious. Honest evaluation, told us it was from external water. No problems since.

Wow is all I can say. They went out of their way to find parts for our old faucets at Bernie's hardware, fixed it until we are ready to renovate. Fixed the water pressure by replacing our well filter (didn't even know I had that) and found a leaking pipe in the crawl space and fixed that too! Alerted us to a mold problem there related to our leaking pipe and provided a recommendation for a remidator. What great service. Very knowledgable and polite. Would recommend to everyone.

I have used this company in the past but will not use them again. *The positive points is that they are responsive and will make emergency calls. The employees are dressed professionally and for the most part have been very courteous. * The negative - the last time I called they sent out a service person who spent too much time talking on the phone. I guess he was getting advice from a more experienced person about how to proceed what the quote for the work requested should be. For the service call that day he stated he had been at my home for two hours and was therefore going to charge me $85.00 for each hour. The awkward part was when I informed him that he had only been there for 55 minutes. I knew exactly when he arrived. During that 55 minutes, at least 30 minutes were spent on the periphery of my lawn talking on the phone. While I like the work that was done in the past and the fact that The Plumbing Knight will come nights and weekends if there is an emergency, I do not appreciate the dishonesty displayed during the last visit.

It all too about an hour and was very professionally done. As a follow up the company called me to ask how everything was and the ensure quality. I would highly recommend them.

I liked everything about them, however they completely installed one faucet and finished one I had started. Total time was about 1.5 hrs, I supplied all the materials, thought the price was high.

Did "OK" job with kitchen sink leak; requested help with installation of dryer which, upon arrival, was told could not be done; requested help with hooking up refrigerator which, upon arrival, needed parts they could not get.

Work completed, efficient. Was not happy with management. Employees who performed work were professional. Office staff would not answere questions about labor cost versus parts. Very unfriendly on phone. Don't know if I would use them again due to the attitude of a this person.

A small crack in a copper tube in the crawl space was noted during HVAC work. The Plumbing Knight repaired the crack and noted that the house water pressure was well over 100 psi. Small wonder the copper cracked. They installed a regulator and reduced pressure to 50 psi or so. Can't pressure wash the car from the outside spigot anymore, but I shouldn't have to worry about a catastrophic water system failure due to the copper coming apart at the seams. They also spliced my two water-heaters together so my wife could get a bath full of hot water. Thank you! Overall great results and I will call them again when I am ready to do some additional work.
