This has been a very frustrating company to deal with. It has been over two months since we ordered our chandelier, and not once have we received any phone calls letting us know what the hold up is. At the end of August, my husband called and was told the chandelier was on back order, and would ship 2 Sept, with delivery by 9 Sept. Last week (Sept 11) after not hearing a word from the store, i went into the store, and was told it had shipped the week prior, and would be there and quot;by friday (13th) , FOR SURE by Monday (16th). it is now Wednesday, and still no chandelier. I called today, and was told by the gal working that she did not know where my chandelier was, and did not know how to track it. Absolutely unacceptable lack of customer service with this company. If the owner would just make the SMALLEST effort and contact us and explain what is going on, it would make all the difference in the world. I am beginning to wonder if my order was ever even placed. i told the person on the phone today that the owner owes me a phone call and an explanation. I am not holding my breath that i will get either.
Description of Work: We ordered, and put a 50% down payment on a chandelier in mid-July. We were told that it would take 4-6 to be delivered.

Premier Lighting ordered the lights in for us. It was a good experience. The first time I went in was just for the lamppost light. I was just looking around and the staff lady suggested I might want the light to match the ones on the garage, and I hadn't even thought about that. It seemed like a good idea but then we talked about the lamppost which is white and she said well, you could just repaint it. So that saved me a little money. I found some things I liked but I didn't know if they would fit. She offered to come over and look at where they were going. Well, I got some photos and she looked at them and said this particular one would go better with the style of your house. It's good to have someone help you that way.
Description of Work: Premier Lighting supplied the light for the lamppost and the lights on the garage.
